It's amazing. All the way from the outstanding packaging, ease of removal, instruction, fast charging, and outstanding performance for our needs at this time. We researched so many products and went with ecoflow as it seemed to be in a market category of its own for the price and capabilities. Great product!

Just arrived. Received undamaged. Running my first test run now - powering a chest freezer. It is working great. My intended use is to power freezer / refrigerator (switching about every 3 hours) at night when the generator is shut off during power outages. I think it will work perfectly. Great product!

My unit was a lemon and didn't work out of the box. When I contacted Ecoflow support with video of the inoperable unit, they chose to ghost me. Based on the hype around this product, I assumed this would be good purchase. I was so wrong! Inferior product and horrible customer service. Suggest you look elsewhere- I have found much better. Wish I had done more extensive research prior to this purchase.

I TRIED IT FOR A TEST RUN FOR ONE NIGHT WITH A CPAP MACHINE AT SETTING 12 PRESSURE WITH HUMIDITY AT 1 AND CLIMATE TUBING TEMPERATURE AT 73 DEGREES.REMAINING POWER FROM 99 PERCENT WAS AT 83 PERCENT AFTER ONE NIGHT USE. THAT'S ABOUT A MAXIMUM OF 6 NIGHTS OF CPAP MACHINE USE IN A SINGLE CHARGE. I'M USING THIS FOR CAMPING PURPOSES. THANK YOU ECO FLOW! I CAN NOW EXPLORE BEYOND MY LIMITATIONS :)

I did a lot of research and your product seemed to offer the biggest bang for the buck. I like the display screen and the fast recharge time. It's not terribly heavy so that my wife could handle it if I'm not home. As it's brand new the only factor I don't know about is the battery life, I'll let you know in a few years

Bought the EcoFlow Delta 1300 as a remote power supply for my work. It has the highest surge and operating for its size of any portable power bank I looked at. All others were too large, too heavy, or low power for AC. It runs my large fan with inrush as high as 21A with no problem. The Lithium Ion battery will give very limited life. It charges fast(almost too fast on AC), is lightweight, powers most AC appliances that can plug into a 15A outlet, and has other charging options. It would not run my HF air compressor with 20gal tank though. Look at other online reviews so you understand the limitations of the product. If it used LiFePO4 battery it would have twice the expected life. My first unit had a defective MPPT charge controller and would not charge correctly from a 12V power supply or vehicle. I contacted EcoFlow CS and was instructed to provide a video of the problem. The unit was deemed defective and I was sent a return label. Keep your box with the Hazmat labels as FedEx does not always have them. I was not happy with the two week turn around time. The replacement works as it should. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit as it meets the needs for which I purchased it. Customer service was responsive, but could use a better method to upload videos.

Wasn't happy with the shipping it arrived a week late. The product is excellent though. Charged it up in an hr and a half and went camping with it. It ran my Cpap at night and charged up phones, cpap sanitiser,and recharged on our RV's 110 watt solar panel in about three hours. Great unit.

We have been using the Delta everyday in our small travel trailer for 4months now and it is great. We can run our entire camper plugged into this beast, although it isn't the best way to do it. We typically use it to power our fridge and all portable devices. It will do so for about 2 days without recharging, but recharging is why this battery generator is special. When we are hooked up to shore power it simply charges from the camper, but when we are boondocking we can charge this so many ways. Mostly we use a portable solar panel or our car if we are driving. Sometimes we take it into the laundromat and charge it while we do laundry, or take into a library and charge it while we catch up online. It charges fast, it's quiet and much better for the environment than using a generator. It can run our microwave toaster oven, water boiler and even our 5000 BTU air conditioning(although it can only do that for about 1.5 hours). Overall very impressive!

I bought this as a generator for cases where my house loses electricity -- mostly to keep my refrigerator running and my devices charged. I haven't had to use it yet, so I don't know how well it works, but it charged up quickly and is attractive -- for a generator. I love the fact that it's quiet.

This baby is the ultimate portable Beast! Pretty easy to put into the back of your car or even onto a bike basket to take to the beach to power a DJ party. I also like that it charges quite fast, and you can also use it while it's charging. I have not encountered any problems with the one I've gotten recently.
