Very good coffee system. You can choose between pods or filter. Makes a big or small amount of coffee. You can program the machine and you will have the coffee ready in the morning. Cleaning is a little challenging.

I received this coffee maker for Christmas. It's great coffee maker except for the Kcup option. It always has coffee grounds in the cup. I think the holes are way too big. Otherwise, I love all the features.

Since June, 2022 this coffee maker main part has been replaced 4/2023. Now, 11/2023, it has broken again. This is the final purchase of a Ninja product.. I havemany other Ninja kitchen products but this is it.

It has a lot of gizmos, but the unit is under powered, coffee is not hot in all settings, coffee does not taste good. I miss my old coffee maker, do not waste your money, look else where.

We've used this Ninja DualBrew for a little over a week. We get grounds in our cups when we use k cups. We haven't been able to figure out how to remedy this.

Never worked right coffee isn’t warm. Very hard to use. I was so excited about this product. I will never buy ninja again. When switching it takes several tries for it to work coffe grinds in pot.

Fantastic coffee brewer! We have 2 of them since my wife and I each drink at least a half pot a day (regular for me and decaf for the mrs.). No issues going on 4 months! Highly recommend!

Bought less than a year ago leaks on bottle have to wipe down counter after every brew .also it was missing smart scoop they were suppose to send but never did

Excelent product makes great coffee. K cups coke out great. Pot of coffee if the best. Only thing is there a trick to putting the lid on the carafe. I have the hardest time. Make that easier and it’s perfect. I may be doing it wrong who knows.
