I BOUGHT THIS IN OCTOBER 2021. I PRIMARILY USE THE DRIP CYCLE FOR ONE CUP OF COFFEE AT A TIME. MAKES GOOD COFFEE BUT NOT ALWAYS HOT ENOUGH AND NO WAY TO ADJUST TEMPERATURE FOR COFFEE. IT CAN MAKE A CUP OF BOILING HOT WATER. OTHER FEATURES WORK WELL.

It is a complicated and messy machine. Unlike 99% of coffee makers it’s has an open closed switch. Forget to use that and pull a pot out coffeee pours out everywhere. I just made my first pod coffee with a tall cup. The pod sprayed coffeee everywhere. Final,y one too many scoops and your coffeee is full of grounds. It says 4-6 but stick with four. The coffee comes out really hot so takes about five minutes to get to your first cup. All around very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had 2 coffee makers on our counter for as long as I can remember. The Ninja coffee system has replaced both. The Ninja is outstandingly made and so many features! We like a brewed pot in the mornings and after dinner we like the pods. The coffee is brewed nicely and tastes great with the cone design. I really like to froth my creamer for the coffee. It’s almost like whipped cream over the ice coffee. You can not go wrong with this very convenient maker! Can’t wait to try it out on our family members. Great product!

I bought this and absolutely loved it for 5 months until the pod attachment got so clogged that it could not be cleaned. This was after doing routine maintenance on it all along. I do have to say that after some setbacks dealing with the warranty service, they 100% made it right and sent an entire new unit!

So far so good. After a bad experience with my last Ninja leaking and after speaking with Ninja about it they recommended this model at a reduced price. My daughter has this model for over a year and she really likes it. It's easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. It has a lot of features that I may not use but still a well made product.

Upgraded to the machine with the stainless carafe and what a mistake. Drips on the cupboard with every pour straight out of the box! This has been the worst coffee pot I’ve ever owned, all it ever says is clean clean clean and quits brewing after I clean it several times in a row, which takes 75 min each time. This was such a disappointment for us as we normally love our ninja products. I’d like to just throw it in the trash, the frustration is not worth it every morning.

I have had this coffee maker for 8 months and for the past 5 months the K cup brewing is off and on. Some times it will work fine but other mornings I get half a cup of coffee with 1/4 of it being grounds. This evening I put it through the clean cycle again. Brewed 1 cup on the "rich" cycle. When the machine beeped, I only had 1/2 cup of coffee. I thought that the grounds would be all around the pod in the machine, again. Opened the top then coffee grounds and hot water sprayed all over me and the counter. I have a 2nd degree burn on my chin. This one is going in the garbage and will be the last ninja that I buy

Tons of features and very little time to brew compared to anything I've used in the past.

I brought this item. Was very pleased how easy it is to use.

I bought this as a Christmas gift and the receiver LOVES it!!!!
