Love that it can do whole pots, half, hot, cold, K-Cups, etc. The hot water feature is a super nice extra. It dispenses from a different spot so no coffee flavor. The issue we have is when using the K-cups if we don't have a wide, wide, wide cup the coffee goes everywhere. I mean, that's not super convenient. In fact, it kinda sucks. I've contacted Ninja so hopefully it will be addressed.

Do not buy!! We are on our second. First one lasted a year and then broke and kept saying “add water” and would never work even after adding water. Then we got one as a gift two weeks ago and it broke after 3 days!! It steamed up so bad it ruined our cabinets and only would make an inch of coffee. I would stay clear of this coffee maker!!

I am on my second ninja dualbrew pro specialty coffee system. Love: Water fills from sink and has a great way to grip it Love ability to do carafe/cup/travel mug with ease Love separate water function for tea etc. Love how you can switch between different roasts, sizes, etc. with ease Love you can use any brand of coffee pods HATE: Hate that both coffee systems have grounds spilling into the carafe and the cups/mugs. Hate that the grounds in my coffee are found intermittently - but seems always to be present when I am having a party! Hate that I have tried different strengths, coffee ground sizes, etc. to no avail Hate my first system was replaced by the company, thank you; but the second one continues to have the exact same problem.

Okay I bought this machine several months ago and loved it. Then my husband bought the permanent filter so we could also make the full pots in addition to the kcups. All of the sudden it started splashing everywhere when making the kcups. All over the counter every time. We had to start leaving a towel to clean it every time…. We are idiots. Discovered today you need to LEAVE THE BASKET IN (even though it’s removable) when using the kcup adapater so that the liquid only goes through 1 hole. I was ready to toss this thing in the trash because of the splatter. Don’t be an idiot like me haha leave the basket in when switching between adapters!!

I have had mine for almost 2 months now. I am pleased with its functionality. I have used all the functions that it offers. The single K-Cup, Full pot function, The hot water for tea or other drinks as well as for oatmeal. I have no real complaints. One thing I think that would be nice if there was an adapter available for the expresso pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a couple weeks now and it's been great. The water only spout is awesome for hot tea. The pod adapter works great. And the ground coffee maker it pretty awesome. It has a lot of options which takes some getting used to; especially if you are used to a basic coffee maker like I was. But the options allow you to make exactly the amount of coffee you want in your preferred method so it's worth taking the time to learn them.

Returned the first as defective and got a second one. The his did not correct the problem. We have wasted so many pods, because it puts half the pod of grounds into our cup. When brewing from grounds, it is fine. But if I wanted grounds coffee all the time, I would have bought a regular coffee pot. I wanted the convenience of using pods but get tired of wasting them.

I bought this knowing that it had potential to be a problem reading over the reviews and indeed it was. 2 months into it (mind you I didn't even use it but a couple times per week) it stopped working ! Spits coffee left and right doesn't keep coffee warm and I just can't use it anymore. Big money wasted.

One of my favorite coffee maker experiences. It works very well and makes good coffee. I use Keurig cups often and feel like it makes better Keurig coffee than Keurig branded coffee machines. The dual-brew system is great because I can make a whole pot where I can make just a cup. Cleaning. It is easy. I just run vinegar and water mixture through it every 6 months. Definitely worth buying.

Have been going through high-end Keurigs at a rate of roughly every other year (Yes, I descaled regularly), and I decided to try something different. With my last Keurig showing signs of demise, I thought I'd check out alternatives. Fast forward a few months, and I'm very happy with the Dual Pro. Most of the time it's her having a k-cup, and me having a 1/3 to 1/2 carafe of regular coffee, BUT we've really enjoyed mixing it up with the frother, ice coffees, different fresh grinds, etc. I'm actually "enjoying" coffee again. Anyway, the Ninja has performed flawlessly, and it keeps it simple, including simple/easy cleaning. Would definitely recommend, especially to someone reluctant to change things up from a simple (& blase') Keurig experience.
