Recently purchased this product and I couldn’t be happier. Recently moved in with my girlfriend and she prefers pot coffee and I love my k cups so we had to find something to fit both our needs and this coffee pot does it! As a loyal Keurig customer I have to say this coffee pot exceeds my expectations and I would never go back. It takes no time at all to heat up. You turn on the pot and your coffee starts brewing, which is great seeing how the Keurig takes a solid few minutes to start up. I also love that it has the separate water feature so if you want tea or hot water you don’t have to run it a few times to get out the coffee grounds; everything is completely separate. 10/10!!

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. My husband drinks tea and I love my coffee. With the Ninja DualBrew I can brew my cup of coffee and he can make His tea(instead of heating his water in the microwave). Not to mention the grandbabies can make their noodles for snacks, no boiling water on the stove, not with the Ninja DualBrew. Yay!!! Love, love, love, my NinjaBrew. Did I mention when I have company over I can brew coffee by the pot, double yay.

This product did not live up to my expectations. I bought it for the versatility of being able to brew both K cups and carafes. There are many places where grounds can get stuck and it requires almost daily cleaning so that grounds do not get in your coffee. The carafe is poorly made, there are crevices where water can get in and it is hard to get out then the dirty water will go into your cup when you pour from the carafe. be careful as I thought it had an actual steamer not just a froth or. The coffee that it bruise is just OK. I have had it just over a year and it will probably be replacing it this summer. Other coffee makers I’ve had have lasted me multiple years.

The frother is awesome and the hot water well is great for making hot chocolate. I can make one cup of coffee with a pod or I can make a whole lot. It is fantastic and I love everything about it!

I love this machine but I have bought 4 different types of u overall K-cup refillable pods and none of them fit. I am wondering if ninja makes any special for this product. I have a lot of coffee in bags I want to use up but don’t want to use a filter for just one cup.

I've always had a good experience with my Ninja and Shark products, so when I had to replace my Keurig for the 2nd time, I decided it was time to switch to Ninja. I actually had already purchased a Bunn Coffee maker but wanted the convenience of single brew. I loved this coffee maker right up until thr point that it stopped functioning properly, at 1 year and 10 months. I have always descaled this machine as suggested. Now it constantly tells me to clean it. You cannot get past the cleaning function. So I go to make a cup of coffee and after a tbsp has brewed, it flashes "clean". It happens randomly (usually in the morning when I am getting ready for work). It is happening daily now and there no way around it. Running a cleaning cycle may seem like no big deal, but the process takes approximately 75 minutes. Who wants to wait 75 minutes EVERY DAY for a cleaning cycle? The warranty is only 1 year and from the reviews the life cycle is 18-23 months. I will not be replacing this with another Ninja. It seems as though their product quality has gone out the window. They won't even back it for more than 1 year. My Bunn (which is cheaper) is still completely functional.

We bought this a couple of weeks ago. The first brew was fine, but had a few coffee grounds in the carafe. Every singles brew after had over an inch of grounds in the carafe. We cleaned and cleaned, even adjusted the amount of grounds, ran just water through, but no matter what it had and inch or more of grounds and the basket would be backed up with water. At one point I brewed 4 pots in 2 hours trying to get it to brew correctly. I really wanted this coffee maker and am so disappointed. We returned within a few days, but are still waiting for our refund.

I am a big coffee drinker, but dont need specialty coffees, special creams etc. I have had several different pots in the last few year. I was so irritated that I could not get a piping hot cup of coffee. I found it ! So far, I am extremely pleased with the Ninja, it came out hot and my second and third cup were still hot. I use the carafe in the AM and the pods in the afternoon , I even tried the frother , it was awesome, easy to use and easy to clean ! I cant wait to use it over the holidays for my adult kids that like specialty coffees . Merry Christmas to me !

Very disappointed in NINJA. I really liked this coffee maker and was really happy when I got it. It worked well for about 6 months, fresh brewed coffee in the morning for work, and k-cup pod when in a hurry. However, the Ninja Pod Adapter stopped working properly, even though it is well maintained and cleaned. No matter what I do, it doesn't work properly. I honestly think it's all the available options you can choose from. So to me, a problem in the manufactures programing and the POD adapter. I have 20 year old coffee makers that still work without issues, both combined cost less than this Ninja, Reading the reviews, I can see I'm not the only one with problems. On this site, I don't see an easy way to get easily fixed.

I already made a classic pot of coffee in it and the taste was incredible ... I can't wait to make lattes and specialty coffees . I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family .
