Purchased this coffee/hot water machine 3+ years ago and we love it. So much so that we just purchased another for when this one dies but it's going strong! He loves coffee, I love tea, match made in heaven. Thanks Ninja.

We've own this for a little over a year, it is making the most god awful sound. The last k cup basically exploded in the machine. Super disappointed as it was a rare splurge we did for ourselves.

I think I have an older one but still amazing. You can make coffee and tea. You can froth the milk and get an amazing cappuccino. It is easy to clean because you can divide all the pieces. You can control the strong of the coffee

I have had this coffee pot for a few weeks now, and I don't know how I have lived without it. It's fast, the coffee tastes better than ever, the frother is a nice feature, but I barely use it. Love the large water reservoir.

I love Ninja products. This is my second coffee maker in this line. The choices in coffee amount, strength and type are excellent features. It is superbly designed and easy to use.

So far, it's great, but I wish I could attach it to a water line like an ice maker. I love being able to make a full pot of coffee or a single cup. The hot/boiling water is excellent for tea or hot chocolate.

I bought this coffee machine about a month ago and I am so happy with it! I have made iced coffee and classic and so far it’s the best thing. It doesn’t water down my iced coffee. It’s just such a beautiful machine. Love it!

Bought this and the pod function of it stopped working out of nowhere and I can't even get someone to help out. I would need to buy the machine again. It's crazy and so frustrating

The perfect idea, and perfect machine with a small problem, when you use pods you in up with coffee grounds in your coffee. If it wasn't for that I would have given it 5 stars but that is the one reason I wanted this one and I love Ninja!

At first I was very happy with the product but I am now getting an error code (SE OP - withe the top of the E off). I can't find the code anywhere so I don't know how to fix it. It may not have been a good idea to buy a refurbished product.
