Slow with a 6-year-old, 49lb kid, and has a hard time going up our driveway that has a minor slope. Yes, it's fully charged. Have tried it now for 5 days and charged 2 times. It's very disappointing, to be honest. Will have to check the speed with phone GPS to see if it really is anywhere close to what it says it'll do, I highly doubt it.
