My 9 year old granddaughter loved hers!

Purchased this for my son for Christmas. It came in a box that was taped all around since it was returned and the box was ripped open. When the scooter got to us, it was disgustingly filthy and already used. Not only that, but it was missing pieces. Thanks for nothing Sam’s club. Don’t even know what to do next. Only reason it got a star is because 0 stars wasn’t available.

This scooter is really great once it’s activate date . The directions are not very clear so you need to scan QR code code located on the hand brake to get activation instructions. Before activation, the scooter will constantly beep & be limited to 3.1 mph in all modes. Once activated beeping will stop & you can access safety and turbo modes.

We bought this scooter for my son and we're very very excited we do like the design and will also like the sturdiness of the structure. I've heard the motor has only 150 watts when a basic hoverboard has 400 W motor you will notice that the speed is very very very slow and also better life is very short. It's also annoying because it will constantly keep all the time non-stop I guess they made a peep like that in order to add a safety feature to it but you cannot disable it it will always keep keeping very loud peep.
