broke first use

So excited to get this kit and the first time I used it within 10 mins of it heating up the tip broke when I tried to change it (exactly like the instructions said to do with pliers even while hot) will be returning.

Tip broke on my first use

I was very careful changing my tips but it broke off inside and I can not remove it. Other then that I love this product but I was only able to do one project
