We waited way too long to get a new bed so when we got this bed, it took us about a week to get used to actually having support where we needed it. My husband has a bad back and we needed a bed that would support his back and allow him to wake up feeling rejuvenated. This bed did the trick. My husband sleeps on his belly and side and I sleep on my side and back. This bed works for both of us.

I need a firm mattress, but short of sleeping on the floor. The Sealy Response Performance Firm is just the right firmness, perhaps a little softer than ideal. Most other mattresses I have tried sag in the middle, even if they are rock hard elsewhere. The Sealy gives me uniform support. For the slight additional support I want for my lumbar area and buttocks I placed a folded blanket across the middle area of the mattress and placed a one inch foam topper over the blanket and mattress to smooth everything out. I had tried literally a dozen mattresses before this one and could not devise a way to make them comfortable even with added blankets and foam, so I am happy with this mattress.

I can't say enough about this bed. I am a runner and the last year have started to have back problems. I have changed how I sit at work & even my posture in the car. I was still having tightness in my back and decided it was time to buy a new bed. It has made all the difference. I like a mattress that is more firm so purchased the Sealy Preeminent 550. Could not be happier!

Product is exactly what one would expect from a firm matress. My daughter loves sleeping on it and I too have spent a lot of time enjoying it. My only complaint would be the distance from the headboard and foootboard and the side rails to the matress are terrible. These are made a standard size so I guess my complaint is geared more towards the bed frame.

It is my primary nightly bed. The mattress as it was purchased is a little too firm for me. I had to put a small quilt on top of the mattress to make it useable. I do not recall the mattress being so firm at the time of purchase. I was not looking for a soft bed, but also not a hard one. The quilt I put on top makes it usable for me.

Bought this bed last night, and slept in it peacefully. Since I have back problems waking up a little sore & not in a lot of pain is a gift. Had to call 800 # to register it just a few minutes ago despite trying to do it online. The information they wanted to register it wasn't clear to me in order to have it registered, but their customer service guy (Kenny) was great! I completed registering it online with customer service's help. We bought the Broyhill made by Sealy Ultra Plush Pillowtop Queen Mattress. It sits a lot higher than I thought it would, but it was very comfortable to sleep in last night for both my husband and me. I hope it holds out for a very long time! (I suspect it will!) Beautiful gray and black color on the mattress/box springs! Love that it is not white! I suspect this was a great purchase for the money we paid for it.

It is a great mattress. We bought two at once. The product registration process, though, is FAR from satisfactory. Nowhere in the receipt or on the mattress, you can find the model name. I ended up looking up the Sealy website and matched with the picture of the product. Spent good 30 minutes for the simple registration process.

I received a confirmation call a few days before the mattress arrived, It was right on time. This mattress is truly the best mattress I have ever sleep on. I have a Husband and two Dogs that sleep with me,so I wake up many times at night. But since i got my new Sealy Firm mattress I have been sleeping All Night Long! this is something I haven't been able to do for decades. Thanks Sealy for your wonderful mattress.. C.E.

Very nice mattress. My sales representative was so helpful in my choice. She let me test out 2 mattresses in this line, and I was surprised I preferred the more firm style. So glad I made a decision to purchase a new mattress after 10 years of use of my old one. Makes all the difference for a better night's sleep.

I haven't enjoyed, jumping out of the bed every morning as I do with this bed, all the pain & discomfort I was experiencing on my old bed is now gone I would highly recommend this to anybody who is a side sleeper, back sleeper, or stomach sleeper & needs great support on every part of their body!!!
