It took me a second to figure out, and that made me think it was a really nice safety feature. The 5-in-1 power paks smell nice and look nice. Ive done about 5 loads of laundry using these paks and Ive been very impressed. This product took the musty smell out of my bath towels, tackled and conquered my husbands grimy work jeans, and took a Spaghetti-Os stain out of my daughters new white sweatshirt that I was nervous about. Im very impressed with these and would highly recommend. Great job, Arm & Hammer!

When using the arm and hammer pods I noticed that my clothes does get cleaned well, however the scent isnt very strong. I was still able to smell my husbands body odor on his under arm section of his shirts. The packaging says it eliminates tough odors, but in this particular load it did not. I do love the locking technology of the packaging though. Very good for people with kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I loved the packaging, it is so child proof it's not even funny. I've read directions before opening it and said why am I reading it? I've seen these type of packaging and it is self explanatory but boy was I wrong. Yeah you tear off where is says to pull and then you have to slide the white piece that seal and reseals the bag with all the detergent and I kept moving it back and forth but no luck and then I remember reading the instructions and figured out why they were actually printed there. The slider piece need to be pressed down every time you want to open the bag and held as you are sliding it open for child safety and protection which I thought was totally brilliant on their part. Then when I finally opened it, it contained a bunch of adorable and colourful and delightfully smelling detergent packets in the form and shape that reminded you of a flower but ver thin, flexible and fragile but very nice and fragrant with a nice and refreshing floral undertone. The sensation of holding it in my hand reminded me of a putty or a fidget toy or like a balloon filled with water, very weird but cool at the same time. I personally liked it and paid attention how you need 2 if you are doing a heavy or more soiled load of laundry, I was doing light at the time so I used only 1. The bubbles formed very quickly in the washing machine as the hot water hit the packet and the smell was really great. It had a floral scent in the whole pantry and I forgot to mention the detergent colors were blue, purple and clear and really cool to look at. The clothes after were very clean and definitely kept it's structural integrity and smelled absolutely tasty which is almost strange that I liked the refreshing scent. So it cleans really well and maintains well, child proof, smells fantastic and looks and feels very interesting and unique. I would definitely recommend this detergent and the addition of the baking soda just makes it even better overall. A must have in the laundry pantry for me. I usually purchase Arm & Hammer Detergent and the odor blaster oxiclean separate! so they fact the combined these two products into a laundry pod is really awesome! Easier for me, only one product to purchase and just toss it in the wash. same great smell & cleaning power!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product smells really good. It's easy to use. I like the safety seal on the bag. I don't think my daughter would be able to open it. The one draw back is that I have noticed several times the plastic around the pod doesn't dissolve all the way and gets stuck in my washing machine. It makes me wonder if there is a build up of plastic gunk somewhere I can't see inside of the machine.
