This Is A Full Size Controller, When Purchasing Was Expecting A Smaller Form Factor, Intended For Small Children's Hands, But Was Wrong. Appears Same As What Came Originally With Our Xbox X/S Console.

I always get a protection plan with the controllers. It seems just outside of warranty, I get joystick drift. Highly annoying. But its still better than the off brand.

Most of the time these are great this one just happens to be defective and there are ones that are. Take them back get a different one and don’t wait.

Stick drift after not even a month, im not a huge gamer or anything, just an after work couple games before bed type so not even used much and its already breaking down

Received a open box with a controller that was replaced with the new one driver had to switch controllers because this controller is old and it’s drifting smh never order this online again just go to store or pick up

Absolutely love it the previous controller I have for some reason I would keep hitting rb as well as rt when I was just trying to hit rt. With this new one that problem is solved. The picture is my customization of the carbon black controller

It's not that I don't like the controller, I mean it's a controller, how bad can it be?! The issue I have is with the outrageous price I have to pay for it!

i had to replace my original controller recently just from all of the use. i bought this one, and while it's not much different than the original, it does have a new housing that has a nice texture and better grip. it was a nice surprise.
