It feels like OEM product from Xbox. Everything works as expected, and I like the feel of the D pad.

The sleek, all black design looks fantastic, and the overall quality is impressive. The buttons and joysticks are smooth, responsive, and incredibly easy to maneuver, making gaming comfortable and enjoyable. It feels sturdy and well built without being too heavy, even during extended gaming sessions. I also appreciate that it comes with batteries, so it's ready to use right out of the box. Simple, reliable, comfortable, and performs exactly as it should. Sometimes you just can't beat the classics! Excellent controller and definitely deserving of five stars!

Needed a new controller in an emergency, and you can never go wrong with this official Xbox wireless one. We've owned several throughout the years, and they are tough and can take a beating! I've accidentally dropped mine on the floor many times and it's still going strong. My son has had his for years, and a critical button got stuck and wouldn't work. Time for a new one! And it's going to be a long time before we'll need to replace this one.

As a brand name controller this is always my first choice. I am rating four stars because the headphone port always ends up going out no matter how careful we are. I have replaced numerous controllers over the years for this problem. Microsoft brand is the way to go, however the headphone port could be better quality or designed.

Both, my 13 yr old %26 my 11 yr old, have their own Xbox Series X. Which means they have to have Xbox controllers. They like to play fps games (COD, Arc Raiders, etc), NBA 2K and driving games (forza). I have to replace their controllers every 4 to 6 months because every controller they get ends up with stick drift. I marked this one with a dab of nail polish inside the battery compartment so when the joystick gets stuck, I can warranty it out!

I recently got into gaming and this controller was a big step up from my previous no-name controller. It feels sturdy and well made, and vibrates as well (my previous controller did not). But after 8 months of using this controller (I'd say less than 250 hours), taking care of it, not getting it dirty or dropping it, etc., first the left stick and then the right developed severe stick drift, and now it seems like the B button isn't working reliably. I tried disassembling the controller and gave it a thorough blowing-out (it looked practically brand new inside, not dirty at all), but that didn't help at all. I've given up on this controller and have purchased a GameSir G7 with Hall effect sticks that aren't supposed to be able to have stick drift.

I bought a new/used xbox and it came with two of these exact controllers that had stick drift and buttons sticking, immediately bought the same one from Walmart and it was decent but, literally 3 days after my window to return the "x" button started sticking and I cant return it or exchange.
