It feels like OEM product from Xbox. Everything works as expected, and I like the feel of the D pad.

Needed a new controller in an emergency, and you can never go wrong with this official Xbox wireless one. We've owned several throughout the years, and they are tough and can take a beating! I've accidentally dropped mine on the floor many times and it's still going strong. My son has had his for years, and a critical button got stuck and wouldn't work. Time for a new one! And it's going to be a long time before we'll need to replace this one.

Button feel in hand is the best of any controller and I have held about 5 or 6 variations on xbox and playstation. Clicking and textures of buttons just feel better than the others. Battery life on AA seems good for a single charge since I have yet to need to change them. Wireless connectivity seems rock solid. I thought the thumb controllers would be awkward with how they were layed out but the size of the layout works and I enjoy holding it for gaming compared to the others which are smaller or slippery.

What you would expect. The diagonal dpad with the textured triggers and grip handles. Personally like the old style without textured triggers that you cant get anymore. Use Energizer rechargeable AAs and swap the 2 with the 2 good ones on the charger so get 4 AAs. Wired also works in a pinch. Usb c. Standard headphone jack so most headsets work into controller. Plus expansion slot for volume mixers but you can also do that from the xbox party settings. To play online it costs 10 a month but also its free online for free games like fortnite and destiny 2. The discord nitro bundle xbox core trial combo doesnt include online. You can get online cheaper by buying 6 month core or xbox gold cards from places like amaz0n or eneba

Nothing beats the original. I love that I've maxed "life" three of these Microsoft branded pieces and I keep coming back for the thrill of the feel of them dipping into my wallet again. Excellent product.

Both, my 13 yr old %26 my 11 yr old, have their own Xbox Series X. Which means they have to have Xbox controllers. They like to play fps games (COD, Arc Raiders, etc), NBA 2K and driving games (forza). I have to replace their controllers every 4 to 6 months because every controller they get ends up with stick drift. I marked this one with a dab of nail polish inside the battery compartment so when the joystick gets stuck, I can warranty it out!

came all crushed, couldn't believe it. asked for a new one said they were all like this

I recieved my controller, the box was ripped open and upon inspecting the controller it is very obvious it's been used before there's dead skin gunk all over the controller. This is ridiculous.
