Both joysticks don’t work when pressing down. Can’t look left or right. I haven’t even had to replace the batteries yet that came with it, and it they already don’t work

I purchased the Xbox controller to use while playing games on my Samsung tv. I received 1 month of Xbox game pass when I bought the tv. I actually never owned a Xbox before. But I've always liked the Xbox controller.

works great havent had one problem with it just make sure you keep the controller updated runs perfect so far no drift and i game like its a religion i got the vasic blackversion zero complaints

I was sent a defective refurbished controller as if it was a new controller. the serial number on the controller did not even match the box that it came in so trying to return it turned into a nightmare.

The remote controler came the next say when I ordered it. The remote is beautiful. It's a gift for someone. I will let you know how it works. l'm pretty sure it will work fine.

Good price and got to me when I needed it, unfortunately the home button on the Xbox controller I received only works after pressed a few times, hopefully this button does not completely fail over time.

Got a new Xbox series X for my grandson for Christmas. Of course he had to have another controller so him and Papa could play games together. It works great and he has no complaints. A happy boy makes for a happy Noni

Controllers looks great and works great as expected. I’ve gotten stick drift in the past on controllers so I’ll try to update this in a few months if that happens again, but hoping it won’t.

The price is excellent for this Microsoft wireless controller. It’s the same brand name quality as sold in the gaming stores for less the price. Most excellent!!!

I got this controller for my girl so she can play games with me. She absolutely loves it and we have a good gaming time now. The controller works as expected. Happy with this purchase. A good purchase for the price.
