I was sent a defective refurbished controller as if it was a new controller. the serial number on the controller did not even match the box that it came in so trying to return it turned into a nightmare.

My son goes through these. They either stop working or he somehow loses them. We keep buying these as the knock off brands don’t function as well as there.

Didn’t even have it a full 4 months and it just stopped working. Still powers on and shows that it has power and will even connect to my Xbox but just does not function at all

This remote is in great condition and works great I love it would definitely recommend :)) Btw the pictures were taken a couple of weeks after it being delivered so it’s a little dirty.

Buying online was cheaper than going to the store. I actually ordered it online standing in front of one in the store for $10 cheaper. Seems kind of silly. Nice controller
