Works perfectly great. My bf loved it and it connects amazingly to both the system and the charging system that I got in store to charge his two controllers

I was sent a defective refurbished controller as if it was a new controller. the serial number on the controller did not even match the box that it came in so trying to return it turned into a nightmare.

one controller was fine. that being said, one didn't work, took it back to store and would let me return it because serials numbers didn't match. WHAT THE HECK!!!!! SOMEONE SWITCH IT OUT AND IT WASN'T ME.

i had to replace my original controller recently just from all of the use. i bought this one, and while it's not much different than the original, it does have a new housing that has a nice texture and better grip. it was a nice surprise.

Buying online was cheaper than going to the store. I actually ordered it online standing in front of one in the store for $10 cheaper. Seems kind of silly. Nice controller

Much better in comparison to the Xbox One controller, and feels better in general. I've had it for about three weeks and its holding up nicely. Only difficulty is the pairing, which didn't take too long to figure out.

I just bought this controller and its already acting up. The controller already have stick drift idk how i never dropped it the left stick do what it wants.

Both joysticks don’t work when pressing down. Can’t look left or right. I haven’t even had to replace the batteries yet that came with it, and it they already don’t work

Several buttons don’t work properly with minimal use already. Right trigger sticks and randomly “activates” and some of the abxy buttons don’t work correctly all the time

when i put the batteries in, it doesnt turn on. wont work unless i connect a wire to the xbox itself. what was the point of me buying an expensive controller if it doesnt even work?
