Gey the insurance on these controllers they do t last forever especially if u game alot these take a beated when im pllaying nhl 25 i use the remote sometimes hard i need that goal but trust me the extra 4$ isn't a bad investment cuz'll literally need a new controller in about 1 or 2 months thats why i got the 2 year warranty so if it acts up they send a new one but trust me pay the extra money it will be worth it in the long run

Quality is an issue. There are sharp edges where the separate pieces come together to form the grips that I needed to use a nail file on both grips. The misfit problem is so pronounced that this controller should never have passed Quality Control yet here it is. Although I bought it at a sale price I still feel I didn’t get what I paid for…or the quality I expect from a Microsoft product.

The ergonomics on the Core controller encourages extended play time. Paired with a rechargeable battery that replaces the AA batteries that are used by default, you can get convenience of charging using the preexisting USBC port on the Controller.The only downside is choosing a color ;)

This controller is great for the standard updated Xbox S. Now playing with it right out of the box can be a little bit annoying for the first couple of days because it seemed really stiff (like how new brakes can be annoying on a car). I broke my controller in by using the left and right sticks as much as possible. That's where most of the stiffness tends to be. If your game depends highly on scoring, you might want to wait a few days before playing that game until you get use to the stiffness. Other than this, the controller is awesome and works like it should. I got mine in the brightest color-neon yellow, it's my thing. This granny loves her Xbox controller.

works perfectly easy to connect has giod range so my son doesnt have to sit so close to the tv. i love that we can also use rechargeable batteries so were not constantly buying new AA's every timeI turn around. perfect afordable price for younger gamers who can learn to better care for their controllers before buying more exspensive controllers at his age.

This controller is reliable and very responsive. It is easy to pair and connect with a multitude of bluetooth-capable devices, including the current, and previous, generation of Xbox consoles. The controller is also very comfortable to hold, and use, for extended periods. it feels well-built and sturdy, while also being reasonably light.

What I thought was new is 1000% refurbished and that is so not cool! If it woulda said refurbished then I wouldn’t have bought this one for 54 I woulda bought a different one for 64. Plus the security tape came off extremely funny, only the middle came very easily and that’s not right ether. Last thing is the serial is off… box says 004 but controller say 007 :(:(:(All around disappointing

It really sucks when console generations change and a company stops manufacturing the “old” controller. I applaud Xbox for making the controller better and better while maintaining full backward compatibility in addition to bluetooth for PCs, phones, just about anything that games really.

These controllers were delivered pretty quickly and I’d say that over all it’s nice, share button included and also it’s also been replaced by the type c instead of the old style android charger. Me and my wife have been playing wild lands lately and our controllers broke at the same time literally and these have been perfect so far. I can’t say there’s any cons to it.

I have owned several throughout the years and the only thing I've ever had go wrong with them is letting my children use my controllers. With proper use and care they'll last far longer than the console does. (I also like for the controller color to match my console)
