Already 1 button stoped working. Last controller I get from Walmart. Every single one has something wrong with it soon after buying it from Walmart. Don't they know by now?

I purchased, returned and replaced, and then returned 2 controllers during the same visit. The controllers were dusty, dirty, had white gunk on the shoulder buttons, and one controller had oily fingerprint marks on the battery cover.
