The soap is good, however the shipping was a problem. The bottom and side corner of the box was wet and soggy. Upon opening the opposite top i saw liquid soap all over and on other products that were in the box. What had happened was one of the top s of one bottle was cracked 3/4 s of the around just below the threaded cap and the bottle was upside down in the box. After cleaning up the mess I found about 1/4 of the soap had leaked out.

We bought this hand soap because Sam's Club stopped selling the gel one that we preferred. I like the scent of the gel hand soap much better than the creamy one. I also like the clear vs. the cream colored one, but we buy what is available, and it works probably as well.

I have used the items ordered frequently. They are always good quality and very satisfying. I enjoy the Sam’s shopping experience whether in store scan and go, online for curbside pickup or delivery. The meats are well trimmed and the prices are reasonable.

Both bottles had been opened with the safety seal on each container being opened. The soap was watery. It seams like it may have had water added to it. I contacted Sam’s by e-mail with no response which was odd. If not for that, I think it would be a great product.

The Members Mark Aloe Vera soft soap refill is average but at least it’s available. I prefer the branded soft soap safeguard that originally was in the pump bottle at time of purchase. I specifically like the coconut scented soap and the lingering scent of coconut that would stay on my hands after washing. I would like to see facts listed on the container that shows the soap kills 99.9% of bacteria as one of the main statements in big bold letters right on the container. Do not send me to some website or toll free telephone number to find out what is in the soap that is the bacteria fighting ingredients.

I have been buying this soap for several years. It has been the only hand soap that I use at home, I even got my parents to start buying it as well. Like a previous review stated my hands have been getting dry, and cracked. I currently have 3-4 cuts on each finger and several on my knuckles because my hands are so dry. I also attributed the dryness to the colder dryer weather, but I live in South Florida and it hasn’t been “cold” in more that 10 days, but my hands continue to get worse. I use Gold Bond Healing Lotion everyday which helps but as soon as I wash my hands and the lotion is washed away my hands dry out all over again. When I last purchased this soap, I considered getting a different kind/brand of soap but bought it anyway because it said “moisturizing” and I hadn’t yet attributed my dry hands with the soap. I work from home, so my hands aren’t subjected to any other hand soaps. We recently started fostering 2 young boys, so I am washing my hands more frequently. Since they were placed in our care and I’ve been washing my hands more and my hands have been getting drier. I do not plan to purchase this soap again and I probably won’t finish the bottles I currently have. I’m 27 and my hands look like I’m 60 because they are so dry and cracked. I wish I could attach photos to this review. DO NOT BUY THIS SOAP, unless you like the pain of dry cracked hands.

This is a really disappointing generic version of the white Softsoap. It is extremely watery. Smell is decent, but if you are looking for something to replace Softsoap refill, this is not the best product. I am so surprised at the number of high star reviews.

This soap does not clean the hands. It does not make them feel clean. It does get them soft, but you have to use a ton of soap to really get things clean. Very disappointed. Loved the pink antibiotic soap that Sam's used to sell so tried this when they stopped carrying it, and it was extremely disappointing.

I have purchased this product, well the old product for many years. The formula has changed for the worse. It used to be thick and made good suds, this stuff is runny and takes multiple pumps to suds a little bit. I am used to good quality from MM products, but I will be wary of them now.

The bottles are so thin that when i sat it down gently it cracked and spilled all over my floor.
