This hand soap is very thick and gentle on the hands. I need to dilute it with water for it to work in my dispenser..

Have used this since Covid started. Good price on the large refill size bottles of hand soap. With a house full of kids we go through a ton of hand soap, I appreciate that this works and for a great price.

The liquid soap is just great. I wish it would come wrapped in a sealed bag, to prevent leaking. Both this item and agave nectar leaked inside the box, and the agave nectar leaked outside the box, on my floor and carpeting. It was a huge mess. Putting liquid-type items in a sealed baggie would help prevent large messes.

I buy this all the time but they ran out at my local store so decided to order it online. One set was fine but one bottle in the other set was damaged even though it was in a strong box. Thank goodness it was wrapped in plastic because half a good 1/4 of the bottle was in the bag and was all over the inside of the bag and outside of the bottle. I had to scoop out what I could and throw the bottle away after finding another container to put the rest in. Beware of ordering this online!

I tend to not purchase the store-brand hand soap because I find they dry out my hands pretty fast. I'm happy to report that this hand soap does NOT dry my hands and keeps them smelling fresh & clean. I also love that this comes as a pair, making this a really good bang-for-your-buck purchase.

Soap is great for refills, doesn’t dry out your skin and has a nice subtle scent to it. The negatives are the pouring spout makes a mess and isn’t easy to pour because the cap is doesn’t face away from the handle, making it harder to grip the bottle especially when it is heavy and the hole is too big. The design they had before the new one worked better. Also, I had my order shipped and the package was packed with bubble wrap but it was poorly handled so the flimsy cap was broken and spilled everywhere on my front porch where it was left. Customer Service was great with sending me a replacement and didn’t give me any hassle on the call.

Members Mark handsoap refill is very inferior to Softsoap brand Sam's used to carry. There is hardly any foaming of the soap and you have to wash your hands more than once to get them clean using this handsoap. Very dissatisfied and would like Softsoap brand brought back in the 64 oz refill.

Does not suds up, just kind of slides right off. I have to use several pumps and wash a couple of times. Not an item to go generic on, I guess. Hasn't worked out yet

This was a very disappointing purchase. The soap is thin and runny, and splatters out from the sides of my hand when dispensed from a hand soap dispenser. I constantly have to clean the counter after dispensing. It runs off of my hand into the sink if I don;t keep the palm of my hand horizontal while rubbing my hands together, and it doesn't lather very well. The soap remaining in the pump nozzle runs out of the nozzle onto my counter or into my sink afterward, making even more of a mess. Runny translates as cheap to me. I do not recommen this product and I will not be buying this product again.

I would give 0 if I could. This soap is drying out my hand terribly my skin is breaking open and I got a rash on my wrists. It's not about saving money on this purchase, the ingredients are awful on your skin. Spend the extra $3 and get something better for you.
