Mine arrived cracked so luckily it all leaked in the bag it was wrapped in. Took it to the store abd they replaced with no issues.

One bottle was broken and leaked throughout the box. Everything in the box had soap on it. I lost one bottle of soap.

This hand soap refill comes for a very reasonable price, but....it is not Moisturizing! It dries my hands out. Do not recommend!

This used to be my go-to when I wanted to purchase hand soap for the house. Unfortunately, this product went the way of shrinkflation as well. They seemed to have completely changed the formula as the consistency is completely different. It doesn't lather anymore and it completely dried out my hands and caused a rash that involved going to the dermatologist and getting prescription medication to recover from it.
