Feels like gunk. No suds! How is this a hand soap? Too much Aloe Vera. It is supposed to be a hand soap and not a hand lotion. This calls for a redo.

I would not recommend this product. Unfortunately I bought this to refill in my dispensers it is like water. It is awful I had to dump it out and actually buy name brand Soft soap

Like many other comments, good luck getting this soap without major leaking in the box! The container is eggshell thin and the caps are very poor and leak soap. I would rate the item hire when they fix this huge flaw!

Came in busted ! I ordered this hand soap and a few other things and it was all over everything! Ridiculous. First time ordering from Sam’s and I get this , never again.

I’m frustrated with companies consistently downsizing their products as if we don’t notice. We’re not stupid. These bottles are way smaller than the last time I bought them. Sam’s is supposed to sell in bulk. This is no longer “bulk”.

We have purchased this hand soap for many years. Our order in May that we received was terrible. It has no viscosity at all. Something went wrong with the recipe.......

Great value for refill bottles. Nice and thick lotion soap. Little foam when mixed with water and rubbing. Not much at all for germ killer or smelling nice. Easy pour spout.

FIX THE CARRYING HANDLE, PLEASE. When taking off the carrying handle, it breaks the lids, rendering them useless! So now I have 4 containers of this and they are exposed and will of course spill everywhere if they happen to tip over transporting them to my business. Don't have the handle at all. It ruins these for me!
