This is a really disappointing generic version of the white Softsoap. It is extremely watery. Smell is decent, but if you are looking for something to replace Softsoap refill, this is not the best product. I am so surprised at the number of high star reviews.

broken bottle

The only reason I bought this pack was because it’s a good bargain BUT after use it for a few weeks my outer hands got roughly dried.. including my kids hands as well DRY! It says moisturizing soap but no way that’s accurate..I’m returning back to Sam’s... it’s misleading.

The soap is good, I have used it for years. Unfortunately I just recieved 2 bottles that I ordered to be delivered and it was a mess. The packaging was really lame. It was shipped in a big bow and the person that packed it just used the plastic bags filled with air to hold it in place. Well that did not work. Both bottles ended up crushed at the tops and one leaked out in the box. When I opened it I was no way going to bring this in the house I opened the bow over the sink in the garage. I sure hope Sam's looks into this issue and gets it right. I have no idea of what I can use to transfer the soap that is in the bottles to use now. Just not happy with this transaction. The only reason I used the delivery system is that I was just at Sam's last week and forgot to pick some up. Unfortunately I live 62 miles (one way) from the s tore so just running it back to the store is not an option I want to do right now.

When the formula of this hand soap changed a few months ago and was labeled "new and improved," I didn't think much about it and continued to buy it. Soon I started having red, chapped hands, which I just attributed to the colder, dryer weather. Eventually I had a severe allergic reaction on the palm and a finger of one hand. It got so bad that I went to the doctor and got a prescription cream, which cleared things up, but it kept coming back. I didn't figure out what was causing it until I spent a week out of town and it all cleared up on its own, without the medication! I haven't used this soap since, and the skin on my hands has continued to be normal. Needless to say, I won't be buying this soap in the future. Now I am stuck with several partially used large bottles of the stuff.

Ordered this online and it was delivered by FEDEX a little while ago. The one bottle was smashed and the top broke off. Instead of going through the trouble of doing a return i poured it from the bag that the bottles were in and into a plastic jug. Haven't use the soap yest except to clean it from my hands. Not sure what to think of it, seems to have dried out my hands.

The Member's Mark hand soap used to be really very good. It was so good, that I stopped buying the name brand refills. However, this new formula is drying to the hands. We had been using just fine without issues, then all of a sudden we started experiencing dry skin on the side of our fingers and cuts along the knuckles. It's not even winter yet and we've gone through tubes of hand cream to try and moisturize and repair the skin damage. I wish Sam's Club would go back to the original formula.

Good price for the amount

Bought these for work after using them at home. Again, a much better value then the famous brand.
