My hands love it

Excellent hand soap , cleans well and doesn't dry out my skin. BTW it does not have micorplastics in it they were banned in 2018 for things like hand soap.

Container broke and was leaky after I refilled one of my soap dispensers. I did not notice the leak until later. The plastic is flimsy and leaks soap. The price of the product is good, and the quality of the soap is good too. Wish the container was more sturdy. May work if you transfer the soap to a different container.

Hands have been extremely dry, to the point of bleeding knuckles. I think this soap may be the reason. Sometimes Sam's brand is as good as the name brand, but sometimes NOT. I'm not 100% sure it's the soap but after some thinking about it, I came out to read other's reviews to what they are saying. Sure enough, there's others saying it dries, not softens. I've removed the product and replaced with the name brand. I'll update this review if I find the dryness does not resolve with the name brand.

Just bought this again. The top of one of the bottles is broken. Spilled the soap not completely but enough that I am returning to the store. This has happened several times before and I have tried to save it to stop having to go thru returning process. Enough! Will not recommend anymore for shipping unless you correct the container problem.

I’ve been purchasing this affordable liquid hand soap refill from Sam’s club for years. I like that it does not have triclosan. However, at least this last soap I bought, as I wash my hands with it, it seems to be more watery and just washes right off, rather than making a good lather like it used to. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but maybe they’ve change the formula to something cheaper that doesn’t work as well?

As others have already said, the hand soap itself is great and I'd add that the price is good. The only complaints I have aren't related to the soap itself, but to packaging and availability. The packaging grip I have is that unless you're careful, removing the piece of plastic that connects the two bottles has a tendency to break the flimsy cap on the bottle it's removed from. The first time this happened I chalked it up to a bad cap or carelessness on my part, but after it happened to me multiple times I realized it's a problem with the product itself. To get around this I started pushing down on the cap (preventing it from being pulled open) with one hand while pulling the connector off / up with the other hand. This is a minor problem, but something to be aware of. A bigger problem is that this product is regularly unavailable. I first started noticing it last year when many products' availability was spotty, but being able to buy this still seems to be hit-or-miss. In fact, the last time I purchased was in August 2022 and now in late November it has been out of stock for at least a month or two. Is this a temporary thing and -- if so -- when will it be back in stock? Who knows, but at least one other reviewer has noted the same thing. So buy it if you can get it, but you may find that difficult.

I bought this in May 21 2024 and I haven't checked it since I received it. Today, July 18 2024, I decided to use one and saw that it was not sealed. I thought that it might've been wrongly sealed. I poured it and it looked just like pouring water. I poured some on my hand and immediately can tell that it was diluted with water to the point that the soap perfume is gone and it cannot clean anything at all. I'm so mad for not checking them sooner because I've been cheated like that with Walmart bodywash, lotion and face wash and I should've never order liquid products to be shipped/delivered. Either some bad employees at Sam's club have been stealing these products and add water to compensate, or it's the delivery driver that stole the soap and added water to make up for the lost quantity. Never buy liquid products from Walmart or Sam's club. Someone steals them and replace the lost quantity by mixing the rest with water.

The plastic bottles are so thin that even gently handled they can crack. I was gently trying to take the carrying handle off this morning and one cracked costing me about 30 minutes trying to clean up the spill onto the carpet and the transferring of contents to the old bottle I just emptied beforehand. I checked the plastic where the crack was--wow, it was literally the same thickness as a piece of paper.

I really wanted to like this hand soap unfortunately one bottle arrived 1/2 empty (it spilled and made a mess inside the cardboard box.) I was reluctant to believe the other comments regarding spilled bottles but unfortunately they are true. I am still giving it two stars because one of the two bottle arrived intact.
