One bottle was broken at the neck; huge mess.

This soap is very thin. It takes a lot to get a satisfying amount to wash my hands.

We ordered 2 of the two packs. They were packed well however 1 of the two packs leaked

Impossible to refill other bottles with smaller necks. A funnel is needed as this product is very thick. I waste more than what goes in bottle.
