The TV was a wonderful purchase. Looks great on fireplace mantel, the colors are magnificent and friends and family rave about features. What makes me upset, angry and sad is that we are not getting the $200. gift card and the free 5 year warranty because of not reading the fine print and made the purchase one day before promotion started.

I made this purchase with some trepidation but soon realized I had made an excellent choice! During my research of this TV and another competitor brand, I had narrowed it down to two TV's I considered purchasing that had similar picture, features and price. After seeing them in the store, I chose the other brand based due to a few features I wanted that this TV didn't have (dolby vision, DTS, better low resolution upscaling, etc). Big mistake! After several weeks and 10+ hrs researching the best settings to use, I never could get the other brand TV picture to be up to my standards and I returned it. I decided to take a chance on this TV and it has performed flawlessly since the day I got it. Here are a few qualities I like: Picture is the best I've ever seen. Remote is simple but very effective. Interface becomes very familiar with time and allows me to navigate quickly. HDMI eArc is great as it automatically turns on my receiver so I can enjoy my theater setup (9.4.2 atmos theater setup). The Samsung Channels are a great perk and I enjoy watching them along with regular tv. Apps work great and allow me to stream my favorite episodes. Gaming is best I've ever seen and heard. I'm extremely happy with this tv and I can't even think of any way to improve it. Fantastic TV and I'm a very satisfied customer. Glad I bought it!

The frame rate and Graphics were top tier and there isn't any other company that comes close to being better than Samsung. Sadly my TV died when my ex gf smashed it with a bat. I can't wait until I'm able to afford to get me another one. I miss that tv. If your looking for a top of the line Tv then Samsung is the only way to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this tv has the best picture quality going. If they would fix the eARC issues I would rate it excellent and with 5 stars. I have to use the optical out connection to my Onkyo 5.2 receiver which is good but I bought the S90CD OLED 4K TV (2023) specifically in part due to its Atmos support and when it works it's 'Bang On The Nail'. Unfortunately in the last firmware (v2020) update they broke it again. Please fix it again Samsung.

I bought this in April 2024 as replacement for 2 S95 LEDs that were having problems after updating software. This S90 CD was much more stable and clear. I has been an excellent product and in my opinion as good as the S95 units that were replaced by this. I have a Qsymphony HW sound bar with rear speakers so the sound is similar to the S95. The only issue that I have is sometimes the sound is muted and I have to go between the TV and Qsymphony sound to get the sound back. The picture is what we are paying for with the OLED and it is crisp whether cable TV or streaming. The viewiing angle is much better than any LED/LCD. The Remote is cheaper than the S95 remote but putting a bright silicone cover on the remote helps the feel and easier to locate in the seat cushions. Over All it is a great addition to our Video room, I am praying that Samsung doesnt release a future software update that disrupts the picture quality as so far we are very happy with our S90CD.

Had this TV for 15 months. The color was great, and the TV worked fine. Then about two weeks ago the screen started to go bad, flashing red, green and blue colors in the upper left-hand corner on startup. on closer inspection of that corner fine horizontal lines were visible. The lines did not continue across the entire screen. Warranty turned us down claiming the TV had Non-Manufacturing Damage (NMD), implying that we did the damage. That was impossible! The retailer made good on the warranty and took it back. We decided to upgrade and buy a Sony TV.

The TV was advertised with a $200 gift card if bought between 11/17 and 11/27. The $200 gift card was never received. I've called and messaged Sam's Club four times. Each time they acknowledge that they do not know why I did not receive the $200 gift card but cannot resolve this situation. Extremely frustrating.

angry. one week old samsung s90c 65" flashes black randomly. Not really 60hz on a 5070ti. Lots of problems no fixes. 4th tv in 10 years. too big for the garbege. This is my last 65".
