We were really impressed with the techs generac sent to install and come back for follow up on checking out our generator. Thanks Generac for a job well done

Unit installation went well. Think some improvement if the prep are for hook-up done so the electric company come once , shuts down a nd 10 minutes or so later re-connects rathe than leaving the customer w/o power for most of the day.

The unit is compact and is much smaller than I expected. I expect its quality and efficiency to match the obvious quality of its design as well as the components supplied. The installation by a local contractor went smoothly.

Installed in March 2016 and have had one power outage lasting 30 minutes. Generator started promptly and powered heater and all appliances. Generator test has occurred every Wednesday as scheduled without flaw.

we have not had the outage that would require the generac 22k to kick in due to power loss. But I have to say just knowing it is there, has caused a huge peace of mind

Can't give it 5 stars as I haven't needed it yet. It is nice to know that the test run functioned as it should when the houses power breaker was opened manually. So far, so good!

I have owned a Generac for many years. When I moved to my new home, one of my first investments was a Generac. I never have to worry about power outages. Great bang for your Buck

The product look good and the installer seem to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing, Very pleased so far. Will just have to wait to see how well it operates and how well it holds up.

The unit is compact and blends in well with its surroundings. Haven't had a chance to use it yet...good thing, but when it tests itself every Saturday, it is quiet and we can barely hear it running. Very pleased with the purchase.
