Installed in February, have had several major storm fronts go through, have yet to use. Get to have this as a standby for power loss.

I have professionally installed several Generac with all of my customers having great experiences. I finally decided to install one at my own house.

Have had it for a year and glad I got it, has been needed for over 80 hours since it's been installed.

Good Product. However the gas connection adapter should not be shipped inside the side panel. The bolts hole in the side panel were not correctly aligned at the factory, making re-assembly of the side panel very difficult! Poor fit.

I have had my Generator for less than a year and so far everything is operating the way it was advertised. My power was off for about an hour and everything worked ok.

i got my whole house Generac generator 1 year ago. It comes on within a minute of of Edison's power going out. It is a good feeling knowing I will have power all year long !!

Since it was installed, we have only had 2 power outages. One being in the middle of the night. We were unaware until we heard the generater go off. It is not noises at all.

Have had 3 power outages in the last month. Generac system worked perfect each time. On and off automatically, no intervention needed. I wished everything worked like that.

I am very pleased with the product thus far. Tests were performed without a hitch. I feel secure that it will meet my needs in the future. It is attractive and easy to access and very high quality
