My guess is we just purchased a great insurance policy for our neighbors, in that, we may never lose power again! But we're in good shape if we do!

We routinely install generator systems.  We like Generac for consistency of quality and for innovative improvements.

Reliable and efficient

Not had to use it yet but great peace of mind...65 and living alone. Do not like to "play olden days" with not creature comforts!

Our Generac is great! It has all the features you'll need and best of all is the peace of mind we have knowing we'll be OK when the power goes out.

I have not had to use it so far. I have only had it for approximately two weeks.  I hope, if it is needed, the circumstance will not be devastating.

Wonderful product and it make us smile every time it comes on. Great comfort in the sunset of our lives.

Each Monday morning at 9:00 am we smile when our Generator run for 5 minutes. Our purchase has given us much comfort knowing it functioned whenever.

Haven't had to use the generator more than a few minutes. Kicked in quickly and took over, keeping us up and running in the house.

Feeling more secure having the backup generator

The installation was a fire and mechanical hazard. 

1. Putting the garage door down ripped the wires down causing the door to get stuck.

2. The garage door spring cables rubbed on the power lines - creating a fire hazard.

The installation is being redone. I may change my review after the problems are corrected.

Nothing to review - installation was messed up

I purchased my generator when I built my new home.  When we were moving in the beginning of August we had a power outage the 2nd night for over nine hours.  The generator kept everything working just fine.  The sales team and installers at Winchester Electric are great to work with. I highly recommend this product.
