Feel comfortable knowing the standby is reliable !

have had a for a year now and has been great - no issues when the power goes out

has never gon a year without not starting. it needs to be repaired constanly.

So far the unit has performed very well. Only 10hrs loaded run time. 4 auto starts

My unit does the complete job. Operates the entire household.

I had my 18 kw Generac installed and used it twice within three weeks. It worked perfectly.

I purchased it about 2 years ago and I love it and wished I'd purchased it 20 years ago

This is the 2nd General I've owned I believe my issues are dealer related and total lack of support

I have owned 2 other models 22 and 26 k they were all great
