I had the 26KW unit installed almost one year, experienced twice power outages, the unit turned on automatically. It served the purpose as expected.

Product is solid. Very disappointed in vendor where purchased. Charged a $400 tariff fee before tariffs were in force.

its been sence feb. still not finshed with it had to fill in ditch my self and its dented and wait for someday to get it fixed.

Had this generator installed here in Florida because the question isn’t whether the power will go out it’s when.

I just got it started up and haven't had to use it yet. Nice to know it is ready to support me when needed.

Had the generator for a year. Have not had to use it. We have not had a power outage. Wish some of the features on the app were free.

I bought my Generac going on a year now. It has been very productive and reliable. Very happy with the product.

Happy to never have to go without power in a wind storm, thunder storm, ice storm or for any other reason.

Never works when it's supposed to. Red light comes on often despite getting it serviced. Installer was nasty and difficult to desk with

Definitely not happy with this unit. Every part has been replaced from the initial setup and install
