The installation by Tri-Star Electric was perfect. They took the extra step to stain the lumber that houses the gravel.

Power has only failed twice since the unit has been in service the generator started within seconds and powered the entire 3500 sq ft home.

Recommend that servicing be based on hours of usage not elapsed time where maybe only five or 10 hours have been put on the generator .
