My Generac has only been install for 2 weeks, and except for the test run in the beginning and the once a week test runs I can't evaluate it till we have some kind of an electrical problem which is quite often were I live. Hence, wait and see. Bill Sherwood

We have had this Generator for a very short time. However, we have had a generator at another location, which led us to purchase this one for our current home. We are very pleased with Generac. It's appearance is streamlined, it is very easy to access for data, etc., and the noise level is low. The features are exactly as we wanted, auto switch, etc.

For the cost, quality, & customer support of this unit, I can rest at ease knowing the long term ice storms, wind, or any other event that causes a power outage will not be an issue. Setting up that old generator with power cords, filling gas cans in freezing rain and in the dark is over. My water is hot, TV is on and Fridge/freezer is cold. That's what I like. The generator is always ready for action. Electricity fails, generator cuts on, never misses a lick. Very happy. I have installed three of these on three different homes and have never regretted it. In fact I have increased the value of each home.

We had a Generac whole house 22kw generator installed by a Generac recognized contractor. Could not be happier. Last week we lost power during the night for about 45 minutes. Everything worked so well didn't even know the power was out except for the clock on the microwave.

This is our third GENERAC generator purchase in a third home place. The first two were installed at two family homes after Hurricaine Katrina. We experienced that first hand, late summer in Central Mississippi. We had a handicapped family member that suffered seizure but worse with heat. Since that time we have had no disruptions to power. Keep them serviced and they have provided years of service.

I used to worry every time it rained hard. No more! This is the best investment that I have ever made. It tests itself once a week, so it is always ready. I haven't had it long, but twice the power has gone off, and it came right on. I love it and do not why I didn't buy this years ago.

Ed and his crew were very professional, timely and efficient… The unit was installed, completed and running in one day. This is our first winter storm season that we have the unit. It works GREAT and does exactly what Ed said it would do in a power outage!

The generator is placed behind our garage, completely masked by our yard's fence in the back yard. Can't wait to get the Mobile Link installed once it is off of backorder. I look forward to the first message being sent from the Generac to us, so we know it is functioning properly! No more power outage impacts for us!!!!!!
