We had a tornado come thru our town last month and all my neighbors were without power for 4 days. My generator cut on a few seconds after we lost power and never missed a beat!! Should have bought one years ago. Thank you generac.

Could not be more happy with my new 22kv generator, install went smooth and it worked perfect during a resent power outage, highly recommend a Generac unit , there are four in the area near me and all the owners are happy the bought them.

Installation was well done. Cycles every week at schedule time. Seems very loud--is it possible to damper the generator to suppress some of the noise?

The 22 KW model we have is unassuming and just works as promised. Which is exactly what we wanted and expected, a quiet standby insurance policy against power failure.

Very easy to operate. Hopefully I will never need this 22K generator but should a hurricane hit my area I know I will have reliable power. Generac was a good value and the free pressure washer was just icing on the cake.

Generator has only been in exercise mode to date, so no actual experience with this one (thankful for good weather). I have history with Generac since 2005 (this is my third) and all generally good, so I am hopeful

It looks nice. We've tested it and it works well. It weekly goes through its test cycle. Fortunately we haven't had to use it and hope we never do - it's insurance.
