Sump pump was my main concern when power goes out crawlspace gets flooded now no.need to worry.all involved in project were helpful friendly and very skilled professionals all of them would recommend to anyone

We just got this generator installed. We like the appearance and size of the unit. It is easy to operate it and will comme on set to a certain day and time. We felt for the vallue of the unit it was good , considering the size we bought.

The generator is good. The installers were below average. I’ve spent an additional ~$500 to repair the damage they did. They also gave me wrong information about mobile link.

The generator is a welcome relief to have. It looks great and I like the light indicator on the outside. I know 2 other people who have Generac generators and they love them too.

After just getting through Hurricane Florence, our power was out for 33 hours. This unit made us feel guilty of having non interrupted power to our home without limitations. Thank you Generac!!

I have the 22KW unit. It is excellent. Handles my house and was set up by a professional recommended by Generac. I installed the Mobile unit - which keeps me informed of what is occurring with the generator. Recommend to anyone.

Wow .... I work in the field of automation and it was a flawless installation. The hood was damaged in shipment but it is to be replaced so I am waiting on that but other than that it was a great installation and startup.

Just had the unit installed. Insulation went smooth with no problems with the unit. All testing good. Will update this review after my next power outage.

OAK Electric did everything on schedule, including all the electrical change-over. Could hardly hear the generator when they tested it. Bring on the winter storms.
