The first one lasted 20 years so no complaint though IMHO a replacement part should have been available. The new Generac is in a better cabinet, is quieter, and has an associated app.

my solar company sold it to me and installed it all for me. Quiet mode hardly here it my lawn mower is loader than it is running when the power is out I am going to be glad to have it

We worried about losing power when away from home today's install removes that worry. I would rate our install team at a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5 very professional.

I've had mine for about 6 months or so and found it's very reliable an always there when you need it. We have some medical conditions and we have the comfort of knowing that we'll always have electricity. Love it and would definitely recommend it.

I am very happy with my new 22 kw whole house generator. I was fortunate to order from a source that had the unit in stock and I had it in a week. Now that it is installed and tested, I am ready for a power outage!
