This is my second purchase. The product works well once it gets going, but not all installers are particularly well trained and the setup configuration through the wireless and internet proved very tough. In fact, my second one still isnt up and running after a couple of weeks

Don't have operational time yet but all went very well with install of 22Kw and transfer switch that we placed inside the garage. Startup process proved system easily took the house without issues. Only two people (until a storm hits :>) ) and 2600 Sq Ft place. Write another review when the system is needed/used for the first real event.

Our Generac dealer and install crew was Lee Legler Construction & Electric, Yorkville, IL. Lee, Terry, Mia and Lee's installation crew were a pleasure to do business with. Lee's crew were very easy to deal with and was very professional, very detailed and thorough. From what I have been told is Lee and his crew install one Generac every day of the week. They were on time and immediately got to work with our installation. Very patiently explained how the transfer switch worked and cleaned up everything when done. I can absolutely recommend this business for your purchase and installation.

Inspired Electrical installed out generator which was finished today. We were told what would happen each day and how things would proceed. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Prior to the inspection they were here early, made sure everything was cleaned up and ready to go. After the inspection Blake went through the whole operation of the system with us. My plumber/electrician told me he thought the company did excellent work. All in all a great experience.

We have had this back up generator for about five years now. We have had scheduled maintenance done every year by Genstar and every year we have some sort of major problem. For the second time in a year and a half, all the oil has leaked out of the generator. The first time was from a pressure switch that went bad. I have not identified the source of the second leak. We’ve also had to replace the entire control panel and another electronic module. We have a severely brain damaged daughter who relies on electricity to power her ventilator, feeding pump, oxygen maker and pulmonary suction machine. We need something more reliable. We have spent about 40% of the cost of the generator in maintenance and repair repairs already in a relatively short amount of time.

Less than 2 years old still under warranty and has not worked in 3 months. Every time service tech comes it’s not covered and still not working. Last year during hurricane it stopped working and last 3 months still not working, but cost me over a thousand $$$ for service calls - new battery& cables -circuit board due to a lizard ( how -isn’t transfer panel weather tight ) engine lifter’s adjustment. Why does it take 2 weeks for parts

From the estimate to the conclusion of installation, this project was excellent. Mr. Buchanan gave us a very reasonable estimate for the size and quality of the generator installed. The men who installed the generator, set-up and wi-fi connection did a terrific job, were very pleasant, cleaned up nicely, helped me connect my phone to the Mobil Link app. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Two days ago we had a 26KW Guardian whole House Generator installed by Riverside Electric Cincinnati. The install went extremely well and the installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very thorough. Everything looks and functions very well. The morning after we had the generator installed high winds took down power lines in our area and we lost electricity. The generator kicked in just like it should and it powered up our house within just a couple of minutes. We are very happy !!!

The whole house generator is such an amazing piece of mind for our whole family!!! Last winter storm we were displaced for 6 days and lost everything in both refrigerators and freezers not to mention the stress of being out of our house for so long. To now have a generator to do all of the work for us with minimal upkeep is such a relief for us!!

Our 24kw Guardian Generator was installed yesterday. Ordered in October but due to hurricanes in our state, all generators are on backorder. Our Generac installer arrived at 8am and was done by Noon. Had a certified plumber installing our NG line on site as well. Everything went flawlessly. Generator tested, ran everything in our home and is now in standby and online via Mobile Link. Purchased a 10 year warranty for peace of mind. We have had 2 hurricanes and a recent winter ice storm impact our power in the past 12 months......and we live in town! Now, we are ready for this season!
