I no longer have to store 25 gallons of treated fuel and rotate it out every 6 months and I no longer have to drag the generator out in bad weather to power up the house. Best part also is not having to find a gas station with a generator for their pumps to work during a power cut. With all that said we ABSOLUTELY love this generator. We have it hooked up to 4 120 gallon propane tanks. We had one power outage for about 15 minutes and the transition was almost seamless from the time the power went out .....10 seconds later we were up and running. It was worth every penny. Knowing my family is safe if I am away during an outage is priceless. We also no longer have to worry if we are away and the power goes and having to come home to spoiled food. I also love the Mobile Link wifi set up. I have the status of the genny right on the Mobile Link app!! This generator is an absolute sanity saver! :-)

It was installed in a timely fashion. The crew was on time. They cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with their knowledge and skills. Generator looks great. It’s quiet. Runs strong. The only downside is that bright green light when it’s dark. So much for being inconspicuous at night. Lol. I highly recommend this product. Actually I already have to 3 neighbors. Thanks to everyone involved in making this happen.

Only had my 24kw for about 1 month, then after severe storms we lost power for 5 days straight. Having a newborn/toddler was one of the main reasons I chose to install one but honestly is a great choice for everyone! Our lives never skipped a beat, it ran our whole house seamlessly including all appliances, our 5 ton a/c unit and even our heated inground pool! Other than the destruction from mother nature you would never have known we were without power and could go on as if nothing happened. Thank you Generac!!!

Always wanted a whole home generator for my home especially since my wife requires oxygen most of the time. We finally had one installed the other day and we are completely happy with the unit. Plenty of power to take care of our home and it was a very quick and clean install---our local electrical contractor (Mathers Electric) did wonderful, neat work. The generator fired up on the first try and worked perfectly--I couldn't be happier. We looked at plenty of other generator models/companies before we decided, but Generac has always had a great reputation for reliability and so far, they have proven it!

From the time I first contacted the Generator SuperCenter about the Generac standby home generator system everyone super friendly extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. When it came to the installation and setup did a great job and cleaned up and the setup went really great. Frank the technician checked out everything got everything running tested it severally times to make sure everything was working correctly then he went over and explained every part of the system and answered any questions that I may have. I replaced a small generator with a new 24kW Generac. The WiFi connection took an old person a little time and effort. But it is connected and ready to run. I no longer will have to worry about being without power. The auto start and transfer switch will be great. Not that I want to have a power outage. But we are ready for it when it happens, and it will.

Well our Generac 22K generator is ready every second every hour of everyday 24/7 peace of mind. Completely satisfied with our generator, comes on once a week for 10 min to do a self test, great feature. We did lose power this winter season and just like generac said the unit will kick on in 10 seconds. Restored power to the house!!!! At that point I said it was worth every penny. We were losing power all the time, so we decided to invest in a Generac. After we bought the Generac, we didn't lose power for 6 months! LOL When we lost power for the first time after the installation, the Generac kicked right on and ran for 13 hrs. until the power came back on. I love knowing that I don't have to drag out the Mr. Heaters and the oil lamps any more! The Generac is a lot quieter than I had thought it would be. When I am on the opposite end of the house from it, I can't hear it at all. When I am on the same end, it is just a "humming" sound. I love the comfort that my Generac gives me!

The startup worked perfectly. I feel that the reliability of the brand is sufficient for me to have peace of mind knowing that my 93 yr old mom will not have to be uprooted with a power loss. The WiFi capability will keep me informed unlike my AC unit just sits there.

My 22 kw home back up generator was installed on 6/23/2016. The installation was professional in every way. Attention was given to every aspect of the installation from the mounting the switch box, running the cables, attaching the protective pipe down the brick exterior to start up and teaching me how to use it. All was covered. When the two installers left my home there was no mess as they hauled away everything leaving the area the way they found it upon arrival. Generator start up was near immediate and the switch test was flawless. While running the generator I entered my home listening for the noise. I could not hear it running while inside, very pleased. I am very impressed with both the quality of the product and the Generac contractor who performed the installation. Thank you to all.
