Bought the generator last fall but did not put it into service until about two months ago. Everything is working as expected and looking forward to no problems with this unit.

The only concern was that the installer had difficulty setting up the weekly Exercising. After three attempts, this was corrected and is now working correctly.

It has given us instant power right after a power failure three times so far in one year's time. It's been a super investment certainly not sorry we purchased this.

I have had it running for about year and a half, I do like the generator in general, starts and switches very smoothly, and shuts down once power comes back up very well, great protection. The App I have not been able to connect to generator.

I am on oxygen 24/7 , and , my generac has saved me from relying on oxygen tanks. Although , we have had a couple of minor setbacks where the generator failed. Our local certified generac service team " GEN ONE" had us up and running quickly.
