Noise level is acceptable hear a mild hum in our home when it's running. The day after installation we lost power for about an hour and a half the generator kicked on and both AC units never missed a beat.

The installation went well, with some extra interpretaion if the instructions required. Very satisfied with the functions and features the generator provides, especially the Mobile Link status monitoring

The generator we purchased is enough to power everything we need it to power but unfortunately we haven’t lost power yet to need it which c or old be a good thing. Just nice to know that we’ll have power when we need it

Excellent 14KW generator. I have a relatively small home and the 14KW is more than sufficient to handle ALL me electrical needs. Tested it with all the HEAVY equipment running and it worked just fine.
