I'm new to all this and so far I'm really impressed. Everything about the install was awesome. Tests worked great. It did exactly what it was suppose to do. I highly recommend this to anyone considering adding a generator to their home.

Product looks good, but I don’t like how rainwater stands on the cover. I have been going out after a rain to lift the cover to let the water drip off. I hope this doesn’t wear anything out.

We originally had a 20K installed 6 years and performed well Over the last year had several problems with it starting/repairs Dealer took it back to shop but repair was expensive so we had them install a new 22K.
