Installation was a 2-day affair as wiring and gas plumbing couldn't be completed on Day 1. Price reflected in literature has little bearing on total price, once add-ons are counted. Product appearance is acceptable to the neighborhood HOA rules, but the cover has a degree of concavity that tends to hold some rainwater. Otherwise looks and performance so far is excellent. Durability remains to be determined.

Ordered the 22Kw with transfer switch. After a lengthy outage recently, we decided 'never again'. Living rural is great but sometimes the coop power can be influenced by ice on trees or other powerful weather events. Very pleased with the fit and finish of the Generac. First time test was great and the setup for automatic protection was a breeze. The crated generator had no missing parts. Best of all - Generac is made here in the USA. Can't beat that.

Our prior, 20 year old generator was 10KW. We just had this 22KW generator installed which gives us terrific flexibility as to the amount of circuits we were able to attach. It seems to be a powerful, smooth running generator with a nice understated appearance. I'm sure we'll be even more pleased at the first outage!

I have a portable 15 kw generator so i just had bought a 22 kw home stand by generator today because of the workmanship of the item. I have had no problems with the installation and Gault Electric was right there when they said they would be there, They cleaned up afterward and all the inspections passed the first time. If your going to buy a home stand by generator, GET A GENERIC. I think they are the best out there.

Just had it installed today 5/15/18 and very impressed with the way it's constructed the contractor was honest and professional he accidentally delivered the wrong size generator which was a 22kw which he originally recommended a 16kw but he said 22kw is better but it cost more but he worked it out where the monthly terms would be the same I would just be paying 4 months longer after the 36 month term,He explained how everything worked.

We live on a farm and having electric is a necessity to run our well for water for our 40 plus Boer meat goats. As we are aging we were looking for a "hands off" power source to keep us in power. We were using a portable generator. This generator did not run our well to supply water for our goats. So we had to haul water from another water source. It was also labor intensive to continually add fuel. We are now very relieved to know when the "lights go out" the "Generac will go on". We are extremely pleased with our Generac Guardian 22kW generator.

I consulted with Adam's Power to install a Geneac house backup generator system recently and I'm sure glad I signed with them. I had three proposals and they were by far the most clear, comprehensive and competative. Dan Schopp was my tech sales representative and was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon signing they scheduled the work promptly and delivered and installed on time. Their office admin were very friendly and managed scheduled coordinated flawlessly with inspector and utility Co. And no worries....The installers, (Joe and JT ) performed and coordinated the work quickly and were done and cleaned up better than I hoped. The installation was done better than I expected no excuses or by the ways etc. they were very pleasant and professional and did an exceptional job. When complete they went over everything thoroughly, explained entire system, and I set up for a multi year optional maintenance schedule. This is the second 22KW generator that I have purchased. The first one was over 5 years ago and performed flawlessly. I remember one Christmas season the power went out and we were the only ones on the street who had their outdoor lights on. The new unit for our current house is great and I liked that they were able to fit the transfer switch inside our house. Great product and terrific installers.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the installation crew. Went above and beyond in every aspect of installation, explanation, respecting property, and clean-up. This is a great product that proved itself during hurricane Nicole. My elderly parents were safe and comfortable in their home when the power went out. It worked perfectly! You can not put a price on that! Highly recommend this product and the folks at Generx in Bunnell Florida.

So far- so good. I haven't needed it yet, but knowing it is there if I ever do gives me peace of mind. It took a long time to schedule installation in my area due to a backlog, but they did a great job (except for not leaving me the key, but I was out of town when it was installed) and it looks great. Too soon to really comment on overall quality, but the weekly exercise and online connectivity work as advertised. For the money, I don't regret my decision for one second.
