Living in the Texas Gulf Coast hurricanes are a natural occurrence. It is also monitored 24/7/365 by our authorized Generac dealer. The noise level of the unit when running has been reduced substantially. Maintenance items, oil drain, oil filter, air filter, oil fill, dipstick, and battery are all easily accessible. The controller is improved, simple to operate, understand, and is accessible with ease as well. This is a well designed, well built, serviceable unit that is supported by an outstanding dealer with factory trained and certified parts and service personnel offering 24/7/365 service to their customers. And, our Generac is backed by one of the best warranties in the business. It doesn't get any better than this folks.

Ordered from Home Depot September 17th and arrived September 27th. Great delivery service. They set it down right where I needed to install. Beats paying the mark-up at Generator Super Center. The unit works great! Did not lose a beat when the power went off. The noise level was not noticeable from inside the house. Murphy Electric installed and did a very professional job.

Live in Hurricane prone area, wanted backup power. Holly Electric (Lake City,FL), did the install. Install techs were James, Johnny and Dillon. Install was quick 4 hours. We installed this product, waiting for final startup. The generator has a 100 amp breaker yet is sold as a 22kw whole house backup. Granted that we probably don't peak over 100 amps very often but I was not clear that the product was limiting itself.

The population in our city is out growing the infrastructure for years now. Just a matter of time before regular rolling brown outs hit, and I have medical equipement that needs to be powered. Had a small battery back up, but it would only power one or two units and only for a couple of hours. I have no worries now.

Amazing the ease of Installation. The Smart Management Modules were easily installed and what a great idea. Very versatile design that covered several requirements in our installation. Open the lid on the Generator and quality is noticed immediately. Even making maintenance easy and simple was designed into the product.
