On the first power outage the generator failed (red light with message "error low voltage"). Still waiting on generac to ship part required to fix. Brand new 22K system FAILED. .

A Month ago we purchased a standby generator for our second home after purchasing a Generac for our primary home four years ago. We have been completely satisfied with both Generacs! They provide great peace of mind!

Since the purchase of generator it has only run for about an hour when public service was working on their lines. So I don't have much of a reference.

I purchased this generator after a 8 day power outage, I have never had to worry about an other power outage again what a relief thank to my standby generator and transfer switch.

It has given us instant power right after a power failure three times so far in one year's time. It's been a super investment certainly not sorry we purchased this.

Our generator was installed in 04/2026 its been great. I does it's self check every Saturday at 8am as scheduled. I keep hoping for a power outage so it can do its job.

Unit installed a month ago. It starts when needed for a power outage but will not exercise automatically. The noise level is acceptable and unit starts quickly.

It's great to have a backup whole-house generator for emergency situations. The only negative is the battery only lasted one year. I have a five year warranty and the battery isn't covered.

This month will be 1 year since activation of the unit. Expecting the installer to contact us for maintenance, but so far, nothing. Maybe they will contact in the coming weeks of May.

I bought this uint from Sam's club and had it installed by my electrician. I was not aware that the unit did not come with a battery. Overall, I would buy this unit again.
