we live in a rural area, and several times a year have power outages lasting 1-2 weeks, with one outage lasting 3 weeks! My portable generator was ok, but costs $30.00/day for gas, and I had to get up in the middle of the night to fill it up. Not to mention that if I was not home, my wife was unable to start it up, etc. No more! Within a few seconds of power-loss, everything is back to normal...my well, AC, furnace, everything! Awesome.

We are very excited to have our new Generac 22KW Generator installed. The Mobile Lilnk option is very reasurring that you can monitor the "Exercising" scheudle, battery charing, and ready to run status. The quality both outside and expecially inside is obvious upon inspection. We have not lost power since the installtion, but are actually looking forward to it as crazy as that may sound. No more extension cords is somehting that Im looking forward to not having to do any longer. Will recommend to all neighbors, family, and friends. This is also a great additon to the value of our home.

My full installation was completed today Jul 22nd, and everything functioned properly. The generac system started when the powered was disconnected and was tested twice. I had questions about the WIFI setup and called the support number for help and Jeff, from Generac support, walked me through all the steps and answered all my questions. Great customer support that is friendly and knowledgeable. We now have the peace of mind that when a power outage occurs, even for days, we will have total house power backup.

The installment team were absolutely AMAZING! Very professional and kind. They all worked extremely well together, I never heard any foul language but laughing and enjoying each other as they worked together. They were all concerned that we were satisfied. Their work looks very nice, neat , and very clean. We highly recommend them.

I JUST PURCHASED AND HAD INSTALLED A 18Kw/ w/ ATUO TRANSFER SWITCH. THIS GENERAC GENATOR IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PEACE OF MIND YOU WILL EVER HAVE. Installed just four days before Hurricane Irma impacted our area, our new Generac 22KW generator performed flawlessly, keeping us in touch (TV, internet), comfortable (heat), and well fed (stove, oven, refrigerators and freezers). No one wants to lose power, but when it happens it's so comforting to know the Genereac will support all our needs!

Packaged well, installation was straight forward, I think that it was very cheap of Generac to not include that four little plugs for the lifting holes. Further charging $17.00 for those little plugs was just stupid on your part. I just chalk that up to a "gotcha" on my part.

We have our basement trenched, along with 3 sump pumps. The last time our power went out, our battery backup pump ran until the battery exhausted itself. When we got home, I opened the basement door to about 5 inches of water. I fired up our portable generator and plugged in. All pumped out after 25 minutes. Works fine...BUT YOU HAVE TO BE HOME to do this. I researched whole house generators and GENERAC was the best. I now have my own. No more flooded basement plus I don't have to worry about it anymore!! I should have put one in several years ago. I'm a believer!.

We installed a 15Kw unit 13 years ago, virtually trouble free operation. We decided to upgrade to a 22Kw unit due to the age of the first installation. The new one is quieter, the power is more pure and we now have load control for managing the HVAC system. The WiFi monitoring is great! Smooth replacement installation.
