We purchased a Generac generator after looking at all the options available and found Generac had the best reputation and quality for the money. Well your generator has now been through two hurricanes. Hurricane Sally and Hurricane Delta. We want to thank you for providing us with a superior product and American Air Systems for a professional installation! Generac has made us feel more safe and secure while dealing with the aftermath of these hurricanes. Our home is a home even with prolonged power outages and we made a wise investment! Product looks nice, installation went smoothly, worked with my schedule to get it installed and start-up. It was started up this morning ran smooth and quiet technician explained the operation and set up of weekly test schedule. Overall satisfied with installation and startup. Price seemed a little high. We now have a backup power which is what we were after no more outages to worry about!!

If the exercise time could be changed from 5 minutes to 12 minutes and the exercise speed be changed from the slow "Quiet Test" to full RPM I would give a rating to 5-stars. Other than these two significant issues, I find Generac to be a quality and reliable, made in the USA, product. It has NEVER failed me. However, because of the inadequate exercise time I feel I must manually run the generator periodically to "cook off" the condensation moisture from the oil. (NO internal combustion engine likes to sit.) The Wi-Fi reception is poor on the generator unit. My iPhone showed full strength Wi-Fi at the generator site. The generator reported zero Wi-Fi signal strength after accepting the Wi-Fi password. I ended up having the 4G LTE cellular option installed, this gave me the needed connectivity. I get an alert on my iPhone whenever the generator exercises, or is running due to a utility failure. All things considered, I would buy the generator again even with the faults mentioned above. It's hard to believe that the lack of flexibility regarding exercise time was truly an engineering decision, I fear it could be government influenced.

Ordered from Home Depot September 17th and arrived September 27th. Great delivery service. They set it down right where I needed to install. Beats paying the mark-up at Generator Super Center. The unit works great! Did not lose a beat when the power went off. The noise level was not noticeable from inside the house. Murphy Electric installed and did a very professional job.

Generac owner for 6 years. 7KW in Maine house and works in all weather hot and very cold! Bought a 22KW for daughter’s house and ii saved Christmas this year. Grinch closed the grid but in 10 seconds Christmas Tree was back on thanks to the 22KW. Just installed another 22KW in our new house and have the peace of mind the well will work as well as HVAC!

Our Generac generator has been activated 3 times since my wife and I purchased it in April 2023. It has powered up our home instantly. We love it. they came to my house no problem no crap just a perfect job all the way around. they came on time cleaned after them self's and were gone in 5.5 hours the city inspector said the electric was some of the best he has ever seen.from the saleman to the job 100 stars.

We purchased our new Generac 22KV generator with the knowledge that we were getting a leader in the industry of home back up generators. The crews worked all day and did a great installation. We haven't had a power outage yet but we fill confident that when we have one our generator will work wonderful!

This product is everything you can hope for. It certainly takes a lot of your mine in case of a power outage especially during a storm/ hurricane. I don't have to worry about filling up gas cans, and preparing my portable generator anymore, along with running extension cords .

My Generac was installed by a highly qualified contractor who knows Generac completely. The generator not only checks it self weekly but sends me a monthly report to my PC. I contacted my insurance company advising of the installation and received a discount on my home owners policy. The unit sets quietly behind my house and looks very nice due to a great installation. I placed a small fence (6 feet long ) to block view from the street, not because of a bad view but to discourage thieves. The unit runs once weekly and is so quiet that my neighbors and I have difficultly even hearing it run. Love this machine, WAW
