Two days ago we had a 26KW Guardian whole House Generator installed by Riverside Electric Cincinnati. The install went extremely well and the installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very thorough. Everything looks and functions very well. The morning after we had the generator installed high winds took down power lines in our area and we lost electricity. The generator kicked in just like it should and it powered up our house within just a couple of minutes. We are very happy !!!

The crew arrived just like they said they would. Introduced themselves and went straight to work. Great communication between themselves and me. Everything went as planned and they cleaned up after they were all done. Could not even tell anybody was here.Highly recommend this crew to anybody who need service or install. With young children in my house, I don't want to worry about keeping them warm in winter or cool in summer. With everything powered these days, including cell phones, that we use exclusively for communication... I can't afford to be without power. Food in refrigerator and freezers will not spoil. Life will go on "normally" in the house when the power goes out. Having a whole house generator installed, lets me not worry about a power outage anymore. So glad that Generac makes residential generators... it will last.

Never a problem with whole house transfer switch. Storms don't bother us. System has monthly start-ups to keep battery fresh. Auto warning system works great if oil needs changed or a problem has occurred. This is my second generator and am very happy.

What a joy it was to meet such a knowledgeable, polite and caring crew. Their manerism was highly noticed, their uniforms represent the company well and for their work performance it spoke for itself and the crew went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

We decided to move forward and invest in a home generator for the Gulf Coast hurricane season.Never would I have imagined having to use my generator for the 1st time ever in an Ice Storm in Houston Texas where temperatures were a record 5-9 degrees Fahrenheit. (Coldest temperatures in 90+ years). We were victims of the infamous Texas Freeze (Feb. 14-20) and were without power for 5 consecutive days and temperatures were below freezing 4-5 consecutive days. People literally lost their lives during this storm. I am blessed to report that our Generac supplied power to our entire 4,300sq ft home and we had heat at 78-80degrees, lights, water ( no frozen pipes) internet and all accessible electrical appliances and never lost a beat. My mom is 85 years young and I can’t imagine what might’ve happened had we not been protected by God and our Generac home generator. It’s money well INVESTED!!!

I bought my Generac in the fall planning for next years hurricane season. But to my surprise, shortly after purchasing, we had an ice storm that knocked out power for days. This kept our house warm, power to our refrigerators/freezers and was very thankful that we purchased when we did. The generator performed flawlessly and have since needed it for 2 other storms that also knocked our power for a few days.

After waiting for about 8 months for supply chains to start to catch-up after Covid I got my generator and got it installed last week, now I’ll sleep better knowing that I’ll always have power no matter what happens in this crazy world.
