I just completed building our new home here in Louisiana where power outages are very common due to extreme weather conditions. Local ordinances required us to have a sewage grinder and pump. Without a backup generator, we would have been out of luck in an extended power outage. Our new Generac 22KW generator meets our total house needs with power to spare. It looks good, is very quiet when running, and is very efficient on Propane gas. After pricing other generators, I know I made the right decision in purchasing my Generac 22KW.

The installation instruction jump around . 1. Should list all required downloads/ apps in one location. 2. Not have separate little instruction in odd pamphlet's or in conctient locations #. After have the PWRView installed, I found that you had to download another app. This app would not accept the same app as the other apps for this generator and would not send me an email link to reset. I paid the electrician money to stand around with the generator running only to bedead ended, The PWRView app would not let me register

We had our Generac Generator installed yesterday May the 8, 2017 and the guys who installed it were very helpful with answering all questions. We loose power quite often and this will help so not having to run around in the dark and can still cook and what ever we need to do without loss of power.

I had a portable generator prior to purchasing the Generac system. Not having to worry about a power failure again is a great peace of mind. I live in Florida and we constantly are losing power. Well not any more. You’ve all seen the aftermath from the hurricanes that come through our state. The generac system starts automatically and turns off when power is restored, and I don’t have to do anything. The dealer that installed the system was great and I highly recommend him.

I have a 22kw LP powered Generac model number 0056380 with transfer switch at my home on the East Coast of Florida. It was installed 02/2010. It runs for 15 min every week and is serviced annually. Its been through its share of hurricanes and power outages and never let the family down in 10 years. 22 kw will run the entire home. As long as you service the system annually it may last another 10 years I highly recommend Generac along with the network of service professionals

My new 24K Generac generator was recently installed and I am very satisfied with the appearance and performance. The installer was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. I would highly recommend A.S.H. Electric to anyone wanting to install a whole house generator for their home. It will give me a great sense of security and peace of mind knowing I will have back-up power in the event of a power outage.

My wife and I had a Generac 22kw Guardian Series Backup generator installed when we built our home 5 years ago. We haven't really needed for any long period of time until Hurricane Matthew. We were without utility power for two days (very fortunate compared to many). Our Generac kept us fully powered and cool for the entire time!

Great generator, have hat the 22 kw for 2 years. Just run into a situation with Hurricane Laura. Had to evacuate because of storm. If power goes out, generator kicks on. What if house gets damaged, Do I really want to be feeding electricity to the house. No way to shut off remotely. Something to think about. Put something in the mobile link to kill generator by remote.

Just built a 6,000 sq ft home on the main street in historic Hot Springs National Park Arkansas and this unit will do the job. Installed reasonably easy and tested perfectly. Looking forward to never using it but given our history here and ice storms fell I will be calling on next winter. I feel better knowing it's there

Recently had 22k generator installed. Has yet to run like it is supposed to. Three repairs, one new circuit board and a replacement battery. Two visits to rewire. And, it took more than a year to get finished. Had to remind installer to request building permits approval twice. And, to top it off, Generac charges $50 a year for their app to monitor if it is working. Would not recommend this company! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!
