I love on Corpus Christi Texas. After being without power for 8 days after Hurricane Harvey. I decided I needed to get one. I have a handicapped son and need to have power for his equipment. I was just installed last week. Installation went great. Will was very helpful from start to finish. Unit looks great. Works great. Peace of mind now. Best Investment.

We lost power for four days during Irma and ran off a portable generator that was wired into my panel. It also ran off my propane tank so it was a pretty good deal--didn't need to get gas, etc. However, I lost an electrical device or two and was concerned about the bigger appliances (refrigerator, A/C) having problems in the future so decided to upgrade. Other than a ding in the lid (which we didn't recognize until the electrician unpacked the item, long after shipping--how would my wife be able to inspect this upon delivery, especially since the GenPad was on TOP of the generator on delivery?), the unit was pristine. Installation was done via a local electrician who has done much work on my home over the 20 years I have been here, and my gas company handled the gas hookup. I probably did not need 22KW, but it was only a few hundred dollars more than a 17KW or 20KW, so decided what the heck. Very happy to be protected this upcoming hurricane season!

Guardian 22 KW GenSet plus 200A ATS installed by Doug Williford and Sons at lake house in Sabine County Texas on 2/28/2022 with no problems. Propane System installed next day. First test came a few days later when we lost utility power for 30 minutes. Gen Set started up and powered house just fine. Shut down as expected when power was restored. Great addition to the lake house. Only issue is it took 10 months from time of order date to install date. Suggest you start the process real early. Doug Williford and Sons was great to work with.

I recently had a 22kw generator installed due to frequent power outages in our area by Lee Legler Construction. From the time I requested a quote to the installation of the unit, I was very impressed by the professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a backup generator

The Generac dealer contacted me within 2 days of initial contact and gave an estimate within 2 days of house inspection. Installation was completed within the timeline given once the contract was signed. Installation techs were personable, did everything to code and cleaned up after the installation was complete. A minor glitch a few days after the installation was immediately remedied without cost to me and now everything is working fine. Would recommend both dealer and product.

From start to finish the process was excellent and everyone was very knowledgeable, Haven't had the chance to use this product because power outages so far but I know we will. Do not have the worries or concerns since purchasing this producrt and would recommend to others.

The whole process was almost flawless. Installed two weeks ago. The installation crew was professional. Arrived on time. Crew was tow experienced installer and one trainee. Some issues with paperwork back in the office. 100% satisfied when the crew left at the end of the day.

Living in frigid Minnesota we were very impressed with the heating elements for both the oil filter and battery to assure optimal operation. The safety labels are highly visible on all elements. The automatic weekly testing mode takes that task off of our to-do list.

Received about a half-dozen estimates before deciding on a 22KW generator and Mohrmann Electric to handle the installation. Felt very comfortable speaking with Fred, the owner and his son Dennis, about our needs and some other electric supply issues we had. They gave us a very fair price for the generator and installation (some estimates were for THOUSANDS more); were very knowledgeable in understanding our needs; laid out in detail the installation plan and timetable; met the original installation plan and timetable; and did an excellent job delivering EXACTLY what they promised. We also had them upgrade our circuit and electric panel to 200 amps. We were also extremely surprised by how knowledgeable and detail oriented their administrative staff were. Their administrative staff understood the entire generator, electric and natural gas plumbing installation process and the local permit processes in Huntington NY. They called in advance to schedule all the work; always told us what the next steps were and when they would occur and handled all loan application and billing needs. Never dealt with such a knowledgeable and professional administrative staff. Special thanks to Laura and Meg who we dealt with most of the time and also Theresa. Fred and Dennis - you have a wonderful organization.

Even though the product is pricy, loosing refrigerators and freezers of food quickly reduces the price of the generator. I bought a portable, but it was not user friendly and left a lot of work to do in an outage. Now we do not worry about outages when we are away. The noise level is not a problem and we barely hear it running. The contractor was fast, courteous, and neat in setting up the generator.
