Generac Guardian 22kw generator will provide power to the entire house in event of a power outage. Unit is well constructed and designed for long term use. Fueled by natural gas it does not requre external fuel storage tanks and does not require periodic fuel resupply and does not have contamination issures common to diesel supplies.

Love the features offered. Mobile link gives me alerts that are important to me. Love the ability to check propane tank levels as well will be adding this feature next. Runs our whole house no issues at all. Noise level is about the same at a portable generator but when power is out noise isn't my main concern. Self test runs on quiet mode which is at a lower rpm and provides a quieter test and also conserves my propane. Top notch machine takes care of everything it self minus maintenance which is easy to do. I would definitely recommend this generator.

I did a lot of research into backup generators, some had a few more bells and whistles so was the cost. From what I found Generac stood above them all. The 18Kw will meet out needs. We went through ESCON Power Solutions, Bay City, MI for the purchase and installation. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done correctly (a couple of unplanned challenges were found during the installation). I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Generac dealer.

I had the 22KW generator installed spring of 2018. Install went great through a local company Home Backup Systems LLC. Generator looks great and has many user friendly features. So far runs flawlessly. I look forward to many years of piece of mind, knowing my Generac generator will provide me power at all times.

We lived and worked in Afghanistan for almost a decade and experienced the "norm" of needing backup power generation.
