Reading other reviews of 5 days from start to finish is shocking when I was told a 90 day+ time frame. Install was a nightmare with screw ups by the contractors plumber, little to no communication with my propane company was a major inconvenience. It's now up and running and quite honestly I thought it would be a little quiet than it is. But it does what is supposed to do. Will see at the next power outage.

We lost power for 36 hours in August 2020. Thankfully we had some small gas powered generators to take care of the Refrigerators, Sump and Freezer. It was 95 degrees that day and night into next day. Sleep was non-existent. Walking around my development all of my neighbors were dark except for one. He had a Generac stand-by generator. Most of his house was taken care of except his A/C. I started thinking. September 15th 2020 I contracted with a company to provide a whole house unit. I ordered the 22KW unit to power my whole house. There was a run on generators and mine wasn't delivered until mid-January 2021. It was installed the 22nd and turned over to me on the 29th. I hooked up Mobile-Link on the 31st hours before a noreaster/snow event hit Maryland and I slept like a baby.

After having a flooded basement I decided to get a whole house generator. I was just going to get a Generac because of their excellent reputation. I did look at the competition and they were not bad. But nothing to prove they were better than a Generac. I bit the bullet and had the 22KW whole house unit installed. The installers did a thoroughly professional job. I was very pleased. Now I was ready for anything mother nature wanted to throw at me. Well it wasn't four hours after the install was done and we had a storm come thru. We lost power and the Generac came shining thru. Came on with no problems. It was only on a short time. But that just verified that I made the right decision to choose a Generac. The mobile link option is really cool. It is nice to have an update anytime something changes with the generator. Choose Generac - I did and very Happy that I did.

Southern-Air Residential Services installed our 22KW Back-Up Generator this past summer. They did an outstanding job at a fair price, and in a friendly... professional manner. The product and the installation looks and operates great! We are able to rest easy knowing that we do not have to worry about future power outages or the trouble and inconveniences that accompany them...no matter how long they last.

Got the in-home product estate; agreed to terms of estimate on 13 Oct 2021; had generator installed on 22 Oct 2021; had start-up test done on 3 Nov 2021. technician explained everything exceptional well. explained about checking the oil, very professional!!! all in all I highly recommend OK Generattor ( Larrison Elec) for this product and the rest of their line-up of Whole Home Generators.

I own 4 of these, I have the early generac to the newest. because of my job, when I am away, I do not have to worry about the power being out and I'm at work. I have had the pull start generators and they are fine in a pinch. But I do not have to worry about having to keep gasoline in a can on site at all times. The avg run time for those generators are about 11hrs or so. With the ones, which include the older one's, all are run on natural gas. No worries. They are easy to maintain or I can have then serviced at a reasonable price. Great stuff. I would recommend everyone that can, to have one installed. They pay for themselves the first time the power goes out for hours or in my case.... days. Worth the money and sacrifice. A good portion of my neighborhood has them after seeing me with lights and their were out for 2 weeks. No hotel for me and no soiled food. Thanks and I hope I didn't talk too much. Buy it!!!

I got my generator installed yesterday. It works great and keep the whole house electricity to run. I got it from Suburban service Group. I would like to specially commend our two installers Bob and Louis. They were both very professional, courteous, and kind. They worked professionally, very clean, and patiently, answered all our questions. They came on time and they worked diligently. I could not have chosen a better generator and a better company to install the generator with.

Our installer Lee Legler kept us informed throughout the whole ordering and installation process for our Generac. The installation techs were prompt, efficient and considerate of our home. I would highly recommend both this company and the product for anyone who would like the peace of mind of having a back up power system.

Backup power is very important for us due to health issues and provides us the safety and security to remain in our country home. We are on a well and can't live without heat or a/c throughout the year. Knapp's Electric(Generac contractor) and TrueComfort(Gas Line contractor) were very professional and completed a bang up job. The process was well explained and all our questioned expertly answered. We found the cost somewhat high although manageable for long term dependability. Worth it for us. We would highly recommend these contractors. The only negative is that the Dealer-Managed Plan should be included without cost. TKS

Absolute Energy Solutions was the best price and certainly the right company to have my generator installed by. All the guys, Tyler, Greg, Derrick and Rubin were great, friendly and very knowledgeable. The job was well done and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody and everyone.
